Suitable for families. Clean room, swimming pool able to use. Good breakfast but boil egg should be hot. Good for EV car with 3 charge stations.

Love everything in this hotel, service is great 💕

Service Staff is great but the hotel is a bit old. No fitness room. Food is great. not too expensive. Acceptable price except lamaya restaurant and good service, convenient location.

Hotel is Beautiful with spa, wide variety of food selection for Breakfast n there is a nice restaurant with life band "Roma" walking distance. Pool is nice, be good if water is heated as it is cold during our trip.

Good location near the main road. Easy to locate. The room is clean and comfortable.

Booked this hotel due to its location to the places we wanted to explore and we previously had a good experience with another Chatrium hotel. However, the service was not that great. There was an issue with the toilet bowl flushing even after an initial check by the staff. We had four pax but only two sets of towels, room slippers etc were given. Despite us calling the front desk about it, the delivery did not come. The restaurant only had a record of two pax purchase of breakfast, before I showed them my payment for four pax. Buffet spread was not fantastic so do not expect a lot.

Very nice hotel. The only thing we didn’t like was the bed was a bit hard. But all I all great value for a nice hotel in the busiest forest in Thailand 😄

Nice location, Perfect cleaness, Best customer services and I like the most is Breakfast buffet.

The hotel is located in an ideal location whereby you can visit the various tourist attractions and cafe in less than 25 minutes . The hotel breakfast was ok and they have choices. The only downside is that the toilet flushing system was not working well. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Facilities and services is good, but there are event groups which was very late in the night and they made voices so loud. It disturbed other customer to rest and relax.
