Quite a romantic places and nice view. Customer service is poor, the staff at reception barely speaks English and hard to ask something you want. Buggy service takes quite sometimes and not efficient to go around unless you rent a bike, or rent buggy or bring your own car. Very limited food choices for us.

Customer service was up to par , except for a few staffs who were hard to communicate with because they couldn’t converse in English well! Otherwise very helpful and did their best to help out despite the barriers in between! Excellent place with a perfect mountain view. Enjoyed renting the buggy to ride around with my family! This is a place worth the bucket list!

Excellent area for relaxing.

It is so comfortable to sleep on the mountain, the price is very high, and the pillow is very comfortable. Ask the waiter that the pillows cannot be sold😅 Everything else is good, but the breakfast needs to be improved!
