Booked a room here for my wife's parents. The booking included breakfast but in the morning, they refused to serve breakfast unless we pay for it separately. They insulted my in-laws by telling them to go and get it from the kitchen if they wanted. No one should ever book a room at this hotel

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble

they gave a room to me which had faulty shower, ac remote not working, the intercom phone not working n room that was little dirty. the breakfast was just about bearable but the variety was more. if they could improve the quality of food n reduce the number of varieties, it would still be ok. the staff don't know how to serve. room service was pathetic

Hotel sayoojyam, the best thing we liked during our 'second' stay in this hotel was the warm hospitality and plea-sent approach of their staff whether it is the house keeping or restaurant or the reception staff towards the guests. The restaurant is functioning partially only and the rooms need a urgent face lift ! we wish the hotel management consider and care guest fecilities with a little more seriousness and provide comfort for the guests.
