This hotel looks amazing when you first arrive. It’s set in beautiful grounds that back on to the jungle with wild monkeys in the trees. The drinks and food were very reasonable. However the service is why my review is so low. They just want your money. They won’t let you pay by card we had limited amount of cash with us and we were forced to use it all here. I asked if i could add it to my room and pay when I checked out No you pay now ! Every time. Utterly ridiculous oh and the breakfast was terrible I asked for another glass of orange with my breakfast no you pay with his hand stretched out. I get the feeling they don’t like tourists. Shame because it looks so nice when you arrive

Bien situé, dans la ville de Palenque. Un hôtel agréable, avec un personnel accueillant et compétent. A noter le grand jardin et la piscine pas utilisée malheureusement. Il est agréable de se promener tout autour de l'hôtel. A noter malgré tout le linge de toilette un peu "vieillot"!

The hotel is lovely. It has beautiful grounds which are carefully maintained and we enjoyed the pool. One caution the pool is not marked for depth and it is too shallow for diving. There is a children's pool which was nice. Our rooms were well equipped and immaculate. The breakfast buffet was well prepared and offered something for everyone.

Our tour group stayed here for two nights. The hotel grounds are very nice as is the lobby,pool and dining areas. Our room was small and very basic but considering the location it was adequate. Fixed menu meals were provided by the hotel. The soup and chicken were good and the flan was excellent. Breakfast included juice, fruit, eggs,, salsa and fried bananas.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel dans le cadre du Circuit Kuoni les cités dorées du Mexique – Excellent hôtel – Très bon accueil – Belle chambre spacieuse, très propre, donnant sur le parc – Très bon restaurant sur place – Personnel très agréable et professionnel – Très belle piscine – Nous n’avons pas pu profiter du SPA (faute de temps) qui semblait bien aménagé dans la nature – Tout est bien organisé pour se ressourcer et se détendre – Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce bel endroit -

The grounds are gorgeous but: * the rooms are dated, cramped, and without any soundproofing so I could hear the coughing, peeing, and television from neighboring rooms *WE HAD TO PURCHASE POTABLE WATER FOR OUR ROOMS even though the listing says they provide bottled water. Asking at the desk changed nothing. *None of the safes in the room worked, they were all just empty shells * there was no hot water one evening * the food is BAD and hot food was barely warm

Nos tocó una camarera de nombre Yolanda la cuál hace un excelente trabajo, el hotel está increíble 😍, el buffet está delicioso, tiene un spa en el cual te relajas súper bien y te atienden de ma te maravilla, todo el personal es súper atento y a todo lo que necesites en todo momento.
