hotel itself is not bad at all , nice breakfast terrace and spa
we had an issue with house keeping. on the first night we put do not disturb sign because room was not bad and we did not want to make people do extra work but on the last night we needed clean up and new towels and toilet paper , so we made sure that we took do no disturb sign off .
when we came back , someone got in our room , took spa robe out of the room and put do not disturb sign on the door . they did not clean the room . when i addressed it with customer service they started argue with us saying that the tag was on the door .it was not . But if it was like they claimed then who gave them ok to still enter the room and take the robe and check the fridge ( when we were checking out they charged us for the cookies from the fridge that my son had ) So, they knew already that cookies were gone. with all that being said : not only they did not clean our room because they said tag was on , but they entered the room with tag on ( according to them ) . Breakfast was ok

a very nice hotel with a nice breakfast. front desk helpful and friendly. the rooms were average at best. the bathroom was terrible with absolutely no drainage. standing in high water the whole time. nothing was done about it. not a good place to stay.

We could not imagine to meet a cheap hospitality and service in a 4* hotel. Rude and not polite administration and co-workers, limited breakfast choices, and cheap nescafe maschine during the breakfast in the "country of Coffee" . The rooms that promised to have a balcony had a patio looking to a wall 1 meter away. Everything is outdated, and they even do not wish to change anything. In short- search for a better hotel and you will find it. Just avoid them.

Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und steht 24 Stunden zur Verfügung. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse ist sehr schön. Es gibt einen Spaziergang und einen Fitnessraum.

Great location made it easy to walk to most local attractions and good eating. Having the Palazzo Butera right across the street was a treat! You can get great views from there or enjoy a beautiful scene from the hotel’s own 4th floor restaurant/bar. Was unable to enjoy the spa services because they were fully booked. You may want to reserve a spot in advance.
