Buon hotel in centro, che ha il pregio di avere il servizio parcheggio. Le camere sono ampie, molto pulite, silenziose, con l’unico appunto di non avere vicino alla porta un appendino per il soprabito e in bagno per il pigiama. Buona la prima colazione, personale molto gentile

Il Federico II è un ottimo hotel dalla posizione strategica. È la seconda volta che mi trovo a soggiornare qui e con il passare del tempo ho notato notevoli miglioramenti. Ho trascorso un weekend "Pretty Woman" per averlo scelto data la vicinanza con il Teatro Massimo raggiungibile a piedi con tacco 10! L'esperienza è stata perfetta sotto tutti i punti di vista. Si nota che dietro le quinte c'è un'ottima direzione: dal check-in alla prima colazione, dalla camera alla pulizia ogni servizio è curato al massimo. Lo sceglierò ancora per i miei prossimi soggiorni nella deliziosa Palermo.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in November 2023. We think it is a good hotel. This hotel is located in the center of Palermo, just a few minutes' walk to the Massimo Theater and the main shopping street is right next to the hotel. Along this street, you can easily reach the Quatro Canti. In fact, you simply live in the old town of Palermo. Paid parking is 20 euros/night. Weak points: 1. Little choice at breakfast. 2. Only one employee at the reception, so no one can even have time to give tourist information to guests as a concierge. I believe this is a tourist hotel but not a business hotel, so the hotel should offer some concierge-like services at the front desk.

Excellent location, nice and spacious rooms. Hairdryer quality and lack of iron were a little disappointing for a 4 star hotel, but all the rest was excellent.
