The hotel is located in the center of Palermo. Three stars is a slight exaggeration, in my opinion the facility deserves two. The reception is located in a different part from the hotel rooms. The service is fully professional.

Despite being close to the center, I don't consider it a three-star hotel or even a two-star hotel. There is no positive note for which I feel I recommend it. We will definitely not go back there again.

mi dispiace dirlo ma la camera mi ha lasciato molto a desiderare siamo rimasti delusi non so le altre camere pero' la 501 pecca di parecchie cose , per il resto tutto bene pero'la camera mi avete dato la peggiore sala bar tutto colazione tutto ok reception tutto bene

Struttura fatiscente ma con personale gentile e disponibile, soprattutto la signorina Elvira e l'addetto al servizio colazione. Stanza con pavimentazione antica e bellissima ma sporca. Abbiamo trovato una grossa blatta morta in una delle due camere (la 509) al 5° piano. La stanza 503 sullo stesso piano aveva una perdita al bidé. La colazione è varia sul dolce con prodotti freschi e buoni. Un solo ascensore funzionante, l'altro guasto per oltre una settimana. L'accesso alle camere dá su un porticato buio ed angusto anche se la posizione è abbastanza centrale.

L'accueil de Luciano a été tout simplement merveilleux. Malgré un litige avec l'organisme organisateur de notre voyage, Luciano a vraiment tout mis en oeuvre pour nous aider ,et régler très efficacement le problème. Et ceci sans se départir de son sourire et de son amabilité. Un grand merci à lui!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days and we were really very satisfied, availability of the staff at the top and for their kindness. A big thank you to Luciano and Giacomo. The breakfasts are exquisite, homemade, the rooms are very large and well appointed.

Strategic accommodation for the location (super central). Young staff, all very kind (in particular Miss Elvira). The reception entrance is on a main road, the breakfast room entrance (varied and of good quality) is on the side in the gallery of the building. The rooms are in another attached building. All in continuity and the layout is very simple despite the dislocations. Our room (fifth floor) was large, very bright and clean. Of course a touch of modernity to everything, together with adequate soundproofing of the rooms wouldn't hurt but for our needs it was ideal. We recommend it.

Except for the kindness of the employees and the central location of the hotel, everything else leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms are narrow and need to be renovated, there are no shutters, insufficient coat hangers, there are no supports in the bathroom. The stairs are not lit and arriving at the hotel is not comfortable: the reception is detached from the rooms.

I loved my stay of eight nights at this Hotel, superb value, superb location with friendly Staff… The Hotel is two minutes from the Centre of Palermo and within walking distance of sights, Port and Bars… I chose to eat breakfast out every day but, you can pay a supplement if you wish.
