We have loved our stay. The room was very spacious, the location unbeatable and the service was friendly. This hotel is sophisticated, tasteful and wonderfully affordable. Some remarks: on Saturday night the music from the rooftop was loud. Our bathroom toilet was a bit smelly, but not unbearably so. We had drinks on the rooftop, where there was w nice urban vibe.Breakfast was delicious.

Great location and lovely boutique hotel with delicious breakfast. Would 100 percent recommend to stay here to site see the city. Thank you so much to Martina for your help while we were there to sort of luggage that had not arrived and also you have been a great help even when back to the UK with sorting out something I bought there that is being shipped. We stayed for one night in September 22. The hotel is directly on the Main Street of Palermo near the bus and train station. It’s an older hotel and many of the facilities are dated. The lift is a museum piece. Our room was small and the bathroom was very cramped. The furniture in the room was showing lots of wear and tear. The room and bedding and towels were clean. The shower was very low pressure and temperature was hard to control. Couldn’t get the tv to work. No view from the room but very quiet. The best part of this hotel is the rooftop terrace that has a stunning view over Palermo and the hills and we watched a fantastic thunderstorm at dusk with some pricey G&T in our hands. Breakfast in the morning was a good selection of pastries with juice and coffee. We were early so the hot options had not arrived.

A magnificent hotel, with luxury facilities in an old palazzo in the historic center of Palermo. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with all the services. The service is very correct and willing. It has a piano bar, garden terrace and a very good environment, right in the heart of all the tourist attractions of Palermo and leisure and restaurant areas, without any noise or problems at all. Absolutely recommended.

For the price paid per night (＜£70) and its location, it’s what you need for exploring Palermo. Walkable distance to Palermo Lolli train station (where the airport train will take you) and bus stops. On a quieter street with coffee shop downstairs and a couple of bars in close distance. Lots of options for dinner close by too. The room was basic, clean, comfortable bed. The bathroom could go a refresh. Air con was okay. Managed to check in early which was welcome. There is a bit of noise you can hear from your neighbours / the reception but it doesn’t go on late at all.

We stayed at this hotel two separate times during our stay in Sicily in April 2022. It's a lovely hotel. It's right in the middle of so many sights and felt safe. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable with big bathrooms. One of our rooms had a view of the hills and the other was street side. My mom's room had a huge balcony that we spent time on soaking up the sun and the sounds of the city. My main reason for writing this review to highlight the AMAZING care the staff provided to my mom and her friend. They caught COVID and were quarantined to this hotel. I was terrified leaving them in Sicily while I went home but the staff took such good care of them. They knew their room number and would ask how my mom was feeling when she called to order breakfast (which is a great breakfast by the way). They helped coordinate retesting. They reassured my mom and were always available to help. My mom and her friend were living off room service and would rave about how great the food and wine was. One employee in particular, Barbara, went above and beyond. She would stop by to see my mom and help her with whatever she needed, such as going to the supermarket to get medical supplies. They were stuck there over Easter and she even brought my mom a chocolate Easter bunny :) and she brought them flowers too and it really brightened their day. My mom and her friend both said she had such a pleasant personality and made them feel cared about and loved. I truly believe their great service actually helped my mom and her friend recover quicker. It was so reassuring knowing that they were in caring hands. We want to go back as soon as they can and will pick this hotel again. Thank you everyone who works there!

We had a good stay at this hotel. Room was large, furniture abit dated and air con. Room also had a fridge. Clean rooms, staff were super friendly. Hotel is 10-15 minutes walk to the historic centre. Breakfast was lovely also. Good value hotel with 24 hour reception. Only downside is the noisy plumbing every time someone uses the loo, the room next to it can hear it.

The room was okay. The staff was okay. The breakfast wasn’t really good. There wasn’t any kind of fruits, just pastries joghurt and two kind of cold cuts. and streets were really so i wouldn’t go there again. I think if you go to palermo you should go to an apartman or airbnb. We should do that too

Ho avuto il piacere di alloggiare in questa splendida location per una settimana. Da subito entri in un ambiente pulito e confortevole attrezzato di ogni confort. A renderlo ancora piu' bello sono i proprietari Giorgio e Valerio , con la loro educazione, spontanetà e simpatia; con loro la stupenda Anna, sempre pronta con il sorriso ad accogliere tutte le tue richieste. Colazione buonissima e molto ricca per tutti i gusti. Consiglio vivamente questo b&b e di sicuro se torno a Mondello so' senza ombra di dubbio dove andare. Grazie per tutto, con affetto da Milano.
