I have been staying at Peppers palm cove at least once a year every year for the past 8 years I now think it's time for a change whilst i love the location and the swimming pool i find it hard to justify the cost of staying here again you have to carry your bags up flights of stairs as there is only one elevator in the entire place the rooms are dated and some are very small don't get me wrong, they are clean and comfortable it's just that they are not good value for money.

The resort had a great vibe from the first walk in . Staff were lovely - room was exactly the one pictured and was comfortable which large fluffy towels - quality products and wonderful water pressure in the shower . Buffet breakfast was fantastic . We really loved being able To lounge around the pool and swim up to the bar to order drinks and food .

Whoever designed the bathroom must think that the guests like looking at themselves sitting on the toilet and cleaning themselves. Why would you have floor to ceiling mirrors 20cm to the right side of the toilet bowl and directly in front, and with the toilet roll situated to the left and behind. Rather limited basin space too. Outdoor spa on the balcony sounds nice except that the houses on the opposite side of the property, and guests on the ground floor can look up and see you. :0

We stayed just one night, The check in staff were great, the breakfast was very average, the room was very basic with a pretty uncomfortable bed, the parking was good but we were on the third floor and there was no elevator for luggage. Breakfast was very average

Had a wonderful stay here at Peppers in Palm Cove. The resort and facilities were absolutely beautiful. Location is right opposite the beach. We stayed in the penthouse suite which was beautiful, came with a spa bath on the balcony which unfortunately we didn’t have time to use. Only negative was the poor quality of coffee served at the buffet breakfast and perhaps a more varied menu is in order. The staff were very friendly and helpful, hoping to come back again soon!

Unfortunately not living up to a 5 star resort standard. Rooms not adequately cleaned, and are out dated. Pools were the best part of the stay, always clean, fresh and clear. Poor fitting blind on bedroom window letting in sharp shards of light in the morning. Generally staff were warm and welcoming and breakfast staff were great.

Stayed in 2 bedroom ground floor overlooking pool and it was fabulous , the pools are well kept and good swim up pool bar and atmosphere. Only wish it had playground for kids or kids club. Great location opposite beach and so close to lots eateries. Would highly recommend.

This resort really has resort written all over it. Gorgeous pools (x3) and lovely surroundings. Directly across from the beach and very close to plenty of great eateries. La Mesa restaurant on site is great for lunch or dinner but has an expansive breakfast so you won’t need lunch.

Had an initial problem that took nearly 3 nights to solve, seemed a lack of communication between day and night shifts, wasn’t very pleasant trying to sleep in a hot room with no air conditioner. Once we managed to get another room it was a very nice stay.
