Palacio Can Marqués was one of the best hotel experiences we have had anywhere. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful well restored palace in the heart of Palma walking distance to many things, yet quite peaceful and private. Our suite was full of character, from a fully stocked library to unique decorations. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend a stay here.

From the moment we were greeted at the Airport to our departure the service was 5 Star and the Team were extremely attentive and any request was met with a smile. The Palace is exquisite and most relaxing - Highly recommend - you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful place, fabulous surroundings and very kind staff. You enter a magical world as soon as you pass the entrance door. The patio, the rooms, the environments are treated in detail and everything is of a high standard.

Exceptional in every way. Rooms with gentle soft beds and every small comfort down to toothpaste! in the centre but the double glazing and a/c makes it so peaceful with open windows offering the bustle of the streets. A beautiful building too. But above some of the best service we've ever had anywhere in the world - reception staff, waiters, porters - all of them go out of their way to help you. Amazing.

Our third time at this beautiful hotel will certainly not be our last. If anything this was even better than our previous stays which were top class. The rooms are all magnificent and this time we were in Rose which was best yet for us. A fabulous space with great facilities and a terrace looking over the nearby plaza. The staff were all so kind, attentive and professional and added greatly to the enjoyment of our stay. It would be remiss not to name them and they are Antonia, Tholo, Elisa, Eddie, Susie and in charge, Isabel. They all made us feel very special and nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel has a roof terrace with great views of the roof tops and Cathedral - and a bar,- perfect for a summer’s afternoon. It could hardly be in a better location with great restaurants and unique stores nearby and also only minutes away from the marina and waterfront. We discovered this place a few years ago when it had just opened and it has now grown into itself and is simply as good as it gets in the city of Palma. Congratulations again to Isabel and the team - we hope you’re all still there when we come back next time. John & Beverley Miller

Rating: A true palace in the middle of Palma! This hotel with its 13 individually designed rooms is simply breathtaking. The decor is beautiful and each room tells its own story. The attention to detail is second to none and you can feel that quality is important here - from the high-quality towels and bed linen to the toiletries. You are greeted with a glass of Cava, while you check in. In the room I was surprised with a bottle of Cava and chocolate-covered strawberries. The central location makes it easy to explore everything. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a short break. It is just perfect! Thank you for the great service, I will definitely be back soon!
