Hotel Palma Bellver, Affiliated by Meliá

Booked via jet2. No facilities in the room as one may expect - tea, coffee, water etc. pictures a little deceiving. Complete reluctance to take any action to an English stag party who by, just after midday had began to throw food in the common pool area, play music, cause families and groups of younger holiday makers to leave the area altogether with their vile language. The response received via reception was “the bar manager won’t do anything because they’re drinking” which i took to mean so long as they were spending money no action would be taken. No sign of anyone willing to take accountability and told a duty manager (which nobody seemed to know when starter) would contact me……. Vomit left in the toilet (in the urinal) and on the floor next to the restaurant and bar for over an hour. Service in the restaurant and pool incredibly slow even without a stag party. Regularly forgot orders. Breakfast was one saving grace. I have sincerely never willed time to go so quickly as I have done on this holiday to get home.

A clean and nice hotel with lots of facilities. Room keys consistently stopped working meaning we were locked out of our room a lot! Also, not on a good location. Lots of con-artists and muggers preying on tourists, that staff seem to know about and do nothing to help.

Lovely hotel, stayed in a premier room on high floor, as requested. The room was spacious with a big comfy bed and large balcony with fabulous views. The room had everything we needed for our week’s stay, plenty storage space, tea and coffee making facilities and fridge. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding as was the hotel in general. Breakfast was great, buffet style with lots of choice. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
