Everything was great, various amenities plus room service. Everything one can wish for in a four star hotel. However we booked a room with balcony and sea view, technically we were given a sea view but the sea was more or less visible in the far horizon. The view from the balcony primarily consisted of parts of the city and the hotel inside yard.

This is a hotel. I can’t seem to decide who it is catering for. It seems to be aiming at some exclusive clientele at the same time services are average. The surrounding area is at odds with the hotel. The bar area is lovely but spoilt by loud music and very high prices for drinks. In fact loud music seems to be a key feature of this hotel, Sunday night in particular had very loud club music coming from somewhere in the hotel at very very high volume(even more strange when you think that most people in the hotel were nowhere to be seen and I can’t imagine many of the families With young children would’ve been too happy either at midnight. Breakfast never changed and was pretty unimpressive On the plus side, despite what we had read in the reviews we found the staff to be helpful and polite. The pools were a good feature and generally clean and tidy. The cleaning staff did good job on our room. Nice touch - there were free soft drinks and water in the fridge every day. Be very aware of the lifts we were stuck in one very hot small lift for over 20 minutes, thankfully some guests heard us and went to get help, we avoided it from then on except for when we needed to move our cases Better value elsewhere

hotel, breakfast look better then it taste. Staff are very rude and mean!!! Receptionists are all very arrogant with a massive attitude. Air con was so poor. Food and drink was overpriced. Pool barriers from 7pm and open again at 10am very late opening and very early closing the pool area. Our room was so old looking far from the pictures must be an old part of the building. Will not return!!!

This Hotel is amazing, great amenities, located 25 minutes walking distance from Palma Cathedral.

It was a clean, happy vibe at the hotel. We did feel breakfast could have been extended past 10:30 but other than that, it was fantastic

Ein sehr gutes Hotel in Hafennähe und ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß von Palma entfernt.
Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal.
Gutes Frühstücksbüffet.
Unser Aufenthalt nur eine Nacht, da wir weiter auf das Schiff gehen.
Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Hôtel très chouette non loin du port et ducentre. Piscine et petit dej plus que corrects. Je le recommande. Service exceptionnel au bar de la part de Fran, Julian , Eugeniq et Vadiño. Je le remercie pour leur accueil et le savoir faire dans les cocktails
