Fabulous hotel, all very new. Room was a very good size with lots of plug and USB sockets. Reception staff always helpful.

This is our 4th stay and we felt at home from the time we arrived. Our room as usual was immaculate and the kind complementary gifts were greatly appreciated. Cleanliness is maintained throughout the hotel at all times. We were particularly impressed on this visit by the way any marks on the paintwork were immediately rectified. The team of staff feel more like friends especially Mirka on reception, Rosie in the bar and Anais and Lilly of housekeeping are wonderful - simply the best. We look forward to returning next year. This hotel is perfect. Contains everything you need for self catering. The rooms are cleaned daily by a team of wonderful staff. All the staff are warm and welcoming. We have stayed before hence us returning each year. It's close to the beach and amenities with the Eroski supermarket a 5 minute walk away

Beautiful Aparthotel. Pool a decent size, staff friendly. Rooms clean, tidy, spacious and well appointed. Bed , including sofa bed, very comfortable. Loved the outside airer and the amount of chairs. Beds were super comfortable & AC was great , good WiFi & happy with the amount of sockets/ usb points. Balcony was a good size & with a pool view. ( room 107) Would happily return.

Lovely clean rooms. Well equipped. The only negative thing I have to say is that there aren't enough mirrors. I had to buy a little one as there wasn't one in the bedroom. The pool was lovely, pleasant staff. Water and hot drinks ready to use in the room. This is my second visit and I will definitely be visiting again.

Apartment was very clean as was the whole hotel. Lovely pool area and no problem getting a lounger. Staff were very helpful. Great location, close to the beach and restaurants but quiet when in the apartment.Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return

Beautiful apartment block situated on the edge of the resort with all amenities on the doorstep, apartments have been refurbished to a very high standard , air con , power overhead shower , tv in living area and also in bedroom , free safe is a very welcome touch which other places should be copying , shampoo and conditioner supplied along with hand soap which have been regularly topped up free of charge , bottled water was supplied on arrival in fridge , all these small things make a big impression so well done to management , WiFi through the complex , pool is very well maintained, plentiful sunbeds and umbrellas, also some double cabanas , small bar serving food through the day , closes around 6pm, very helpful staff , cleaning staff very thorough and regular , think we’ve had room towels changed almost daily and room clean and tidy every second day , highly recommend this apartment complex

Super expérience. Nous avons passé 2 jours dans un appartement avec une chambre. Calme, état neuf, excellent accueil et propreté. Le snack de la piscine est très bon et la piscine est superbe. Tout était parfait. Ils proposent même un service départ tardif et nous appellent le taxi pour l’aéroport.

Just returned from 2nd visit to this hotel with my husband grandaughters aged 17 and 21yrs . The whole hotel is spotless well done to the domestic team they are friendly and work hard.Pool area washed down after every use and all sunbeds and tables washed again well done to the team no sun bed wars here .Food and drink from bar was good and reasonably priced.Location great 2 mins walk to beach bars restaurants only a short walk into Magaluf for grandaughters.Short taxi ride in to Palma or Santa Ponsa .Will definitely go back
