Nice staff Clean, cozy stay for my baby and I. Great location also quiet. Breakfast was yummy and filling. Also they have a high chair in dinning area. Would stay again with no hesitation.

the lobby was the only nice part of this hotel. the tile in the bathroom was all cracked and broken. the siding is falling off the outside of the hotel building at the top. the elevator has large gaps where the floor and the walls are supposed to meet!! the door across from the elevator had clearly been broken into. the wood laminate floor was nasty when we arrived in the room. one of the bed lamps didn't work..the bathtub had black water come out when it was first turned on.

This facility is in a great location, but feels a little worn down. A/C worked, but was very noisy. Drains in sink and tub were slow.

I just want to start off by saying that I loved this hotel. Its location is great and within walking distance of several places to eat and they have a very large parking lot which made it easy to park a truck and trailer. Upon arriving Matthew at the front desk was very polite and treated me like family. He made the check in process so fast and easy that i was in my room in no time. The hotel had a heated pool and a hot tub which was great to soak in after a long drive. The beds were comfy and the rooms were very clean! I will be staying here again ! and once again I just want to let Matthew know that he did an amazing job and is great in his position! :)

Fires burned over a million acres in Pampa area. My job got delayed due to the fires. Sam refused to allow for the cancellation nor the credit of my 16 night reservation. Priceline reached out to him directly 3 times and he refused to cancel. I lost over $700 due to having to leave after 5 nights.

We checked in late, the young lady at the front desk was very friendly & polite, but could tell she was ready to not be there. Went to the room & saw the top blanket on the 1st bed had some very noticeable spots on it that were very possibly blood, & looked to have some stuffing hanging out. I pulled it back & the sheets looked clean, so being late, being thankful to get a place that allowed our dog at 10:30pm, & not wanting to make a fuss, or to be a bother to front desk, I went ahead & just tossed it aside with plans of using our own blankets. We brought our stuff in, & without looking at it, I just tossed the blanket from the 2nd bed over off the side towards the wall. Looking further into the room, the 2nd bed had hair in it, the toilet had hair in it, it was questionable if the seat was clean, so I cleaned it before using. The rest of the bathroom was fairly clean, but old & grimey looking. There were smudges (blood/feces?) on the wall, & lamps. Spots on floor & tables, floor was sticky underfoot, toothpaste spit marks on mirror above sink. Later did notice some stains on the bed sheets. Grabbed remote, it was nasty & taped together with scotch tape & wouldn't turn the TV on. Looked & noticed everything on that wall wasn't working (TV, cable box, lamp, microwave, mini fridge) so looked behind entertainment center & see it was all plugged into one outlet with an adaptor that was hanging out of the outlet a bit (safety concern?) Was able to get it plugged back in & got it all to turn on. After waiting for the cable box to boot up, found the remote wouldn't change the channel. Seems to have electrical problems (safety concern number 2?), the bathroom fan didn't work, the light over the sink would go on & off at random. Tried to shut it off, but the only switch that turned that light off, also turned the power off to the entire room (including the cable box we just waited to start up). Tried to go to sleep but the ac kicked on & off all night & was very loud in doing so. The beds were fairly comfortable, but squeaked with every move. They lock the exterior doors at night, but are not accessible with a keycard (the box was all mangled) so you have to go to main entrance, & call for someone to let you in. The only thing hot on their breakfast was the cream cheese that was sitting at room temp. Before we left the room, I made sure all our trash was picked up, put the trashcan & all the dirty towels right by the door so it was an easy grab for housekeeping, pick up the blankets that were off the sides of the bed, & threw them on the bottom corner of the beds & went to get our deposit back. He went to check the room, came back & called someone, spoke in another language, so I was unable to understand what was said, went back to the room & then came back to the front desk saying our dog damaged the "brand new comforter", & urinated on the bed. Our dog was not on either comforter, because I pulled them both off 1st thing. The suppose

Very comfortable place to spend the night. Super clean and friendly staff. Free breakfast was amazing. Seems like they just remodeled the place. It has a nice pool and jacuzzi. Spend the night sleeping very comfortable.

I had to switch rooms because the AC unit was really loud and not functioning properly. The staff was very accommodating and allowed me to look at a different room to make sure it was satisfactory, which it was. The AC worked great and the bed was really comfortable. They appear to be remodeling and the pool was closed, which wasn't a big deal to me but check with them before you book to see if it's open yet if you want to use the pool. I would definitely stay there again.

Never even checked in canceled three days in advance and reservations said only need twenty four hours notice and yall still charged my card. I got a better deal at another hotel for my honeymoon. Won't ever use this service again.
