This hotel is well suited for families, couples and solo travellers. The water is hot ( not warm), rooms are large and the atmosphere is very friendly. Breakfast is included and it is delicious! Shuttles from Guatemala City will pick up and drop off at this hotel. Excellent value for your money.

This hotel was my favorite! They had a parrot that welcomes you when you arrive! They also had a delicious breakfast! There was a water heater in the room which was very nice! The room was spacious with plenty of air. The staff was kind and courteous!

We made our reservation with ******* and waited to pay. No mention of 5% charge to use credit card at hotel. Our room had no electrical connection in bathroom or sink to use a shaver or do hair. Neighbors and employees made noise at 6:00am. The room was extremely noisy with noise pollution from outside. Rained every day and the stairs were extremely slippery with no water protection and I slipped and fell down 5 stairs. Would never go back.
