Excellent stay at hotel, rooms near and clean, well maintained. Hotel saff was very good, co-operative, polite in behaviour. Food was very good enjoyed the breakfast & dinner. Tell you about the staff nature, my friend and companion had felt sick, having fever & shivering. One of the hotel staff Mr. Thomas D'Souza was quick to come to our help. He took my on his two wheeler to doctor clinic. There my friend was diagnosed with Dengue. He admitted my friend in the same nursing home and came back to inform us and arranged vehicle for me to go to the hospital. Such a kind behaviour I had not seen in my life. A true good Samaritan. Thanks for the hospitality.

It was a good experience. The hotel was very close to the beach which was the plus point. The rooms were well maintained and good ambiance. Sir Thomas , the restuarant manager was extremely sweet and kind and he did everything possible to make us feel like family and home. He helped us out with everything for my baby and was extremely prompt to take actions. We loved his hospitality the most! Overall a nice experience!

Very satisfying experience at The Cresent, during our 3 nights stay. Extremely courteous staff at the Reception, Restaurant, House keeping, Room service, and also the security staff. Superb cleanliness, ideal location, close proximity to the beach, beautiful sea view from our room, delicious cusine in Raki Restaurant, etc. A memorable visit and for sure we will go back again !!

Hotel rooms are very clean and the hotel is really well maintained,The hotel is very large built with 11 floors we really enjoyed the food at the Skybar and the view was super amazing,I will surely recommend my family members to stay here as the service was top to notch, Reception staffs are very helpful as they suggested us many places to roam around.Thankyou Vishal and Aquib for there great service. We felt like it is our second home. We will be back for our next vacation.

I don't usually trust online reviews. But since your hotel had the best reviews in Miramar area, I booked it for my stay with my wife and small daughter. We enjoyed our stay, nice location and nice rooms. But our best experience was the restaurant food and service especially Mr Thomas. He was kind and gave good service to my family , especially my daughter. He personally served her good child food which she enjoyed , otherwise she is not a good eater .I also saw that he was giving personal service to all the guests in the restaurant. Very hard working and nice person. I'll come again to stay for Diwali holidays.

We were here for a night. It's a neat little hotel at an excellent location. Staff is very courteous and beds and bath linens are clean. Only issue we faced was with excess moisture on floors due to the wheather. Breakfasr spread was fresh, and service was top notch. They made sure we were taken care of. Thanks for the lovely stay!

The room is spacious and very comfortable. The amenities are 5 star. The food at the restaurant is mind blowing and the breakfast spread is super duper. I recommend the prawns Biriyani to everyone. A special mention to Renuka who helped me by couriering my shirt back to me after I had checked out. The hotel and staff are super welcoming … I recommend everyone give this property a try

Had a wonderful time at The Crescent. The food, staff, hotel+room ambiance are exceptional. My family enjoyed the pool experience. Thomas, from the restaurant, took great care of us and the breakfast variety was delectable. Compliments to the chef and his team. The front desk and hospitality teams too, are efficient.

My stay was really perfect as the rooms are fully luxury with lovely interior, Location is awesome as the hotel is located just next to the beach, Service was perfect staff were supportive expected all our requests, Swimming pool is bit small but we enjoyed. Thank-you for such a wonderful experience.
