I DID NOT LIKE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Terrible, terrible customer service. The ladies at the front desk were VERY rude, unhelpful, and had at attitude every time I talked to them about an issue I had. I was charged a pet fee for 2 nights even though my pet NEVER came. I asked for a refund due to the fact that my pet ended up never coming and I was told that I could not get one. The ladies at the front desk were not trying to help me find a solution to the problem at all. I was told over and over again to call the manager. There was NEVER a manager or assistant manager on staff at the hotel during my stay there. I asked to speak with a manager and the lady at the front desk gave me a card with her information on it. I called the manager 5 TIMES AND EVERY TIME I CALLED THE CALL WENT STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL IN THE FUTURE AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OTHERS. On top of all of this, the first night I used the toilet in my room, it was making a LOUD sound like the water was still coming in the toilet ALL NIGHT. That same night I told the front desk and I asked was it normal for the toilet to do that and I was told yes it was and she lied because obviously that is not normal for the toilet to do that, I was told to shake the handle or turn the knob and MAYBE it would stop. Maintenance was never called that night. As a customer staying at the hotel, I should not have been told to shake the handle or turn the knob. My overall rate is poor.
