Front desk staff were amazing… close to the beach and everything. Housekeeping could do a better job, we bought bleach cleaner to clean the kitchen and bathroom area ourself. There is no daily housekeeping. Very nice stay for the money.

Our stay here wasn’t at all what i expected, we had to check in at the hotel next door, wait over an hour and then not even have keys for our room yet. Once we got our room everything seemed fine but a couple lights by the bed wouldn’t turn on, the shower curtain is missing, and they didn’t fully clean the bathroom cause someone else’s clothes were left in the floor behind the bathroom door…really disappointed overall.

Very old and outdated microwave had rust all inside on the door stove was rusted around. The toilet was yellow stained caulk brought food and would not even use the kitchen area to cook. Had to go out. It was so bad.

Me and my husband have been staying here since 2017 the property has gone down hill ! We wait 2 hours for the room to get cleaned only to have sand still in the bed with no towels or wash clothes . Lisa was HIGH as a kite checking me in so much so she triple charged me I will be email in g Peter the property manager about my discrepancy because this place is near and dear to our hearts and I would hate to see it fall apart

Perfect location and easy access, however there’s no counter top area in the bathroom- only a sink and very small shelf and when we arrived there were no trash bags or extra toilet paper. Clean place but building needs updated..

The room was not clean at all. The appliances are old and rusted. We got a kitchenette to eat meals inside the room if need be. There was no table to sit and eat. We used the microwave due to being scared to use the stove/oven. We had to buy cleaning supplies as the counters and inside of the fridge were filthy. On top of all this, we had to wait an hour and 25 minutes to check in. Once we got to checkin, iur first set of keys did not work. The ice machine was broken. The vending machine was not accepting my coins and if you wanted laundry/vending/ice, you were told to go the property next door. I needed a trash bag and was told to go next door. For spring break, it might be a fantastic property, but definitely not for a family vacation. We also had no room service/towel refresh for 5 days. We were given a used roll of toulet paper a d dish soap for a family of 4.

We did not get to check in until an hour past check in time and had to go to the hotel next door to do so, people were friendly, rooms were old, the kitchenette was very disappointing. We ate out every night. We had to ask for a shower curtain, and we never got wash cloths. The ledge around sink hadn't been cleaned in awhile.

The property is in a very good place, the facilities lack a little more maintenance, the toilet never did it in the room during the 4 days of stay, the bathroom very nice, easy parking area, promise to have laundry when they do not have it, you have to go to the hotel right away to wash your clothes if you want.
