The Westin Panama

Service at the reception is efficient. Breakfast could offer a few more options. There is a small swimming pool at the rooftop.

Everything was very good ☺️ We were greeted by friendly people at the reception and our reservation was at hand when we arrived ! Ready to go to our room !! Nice and clean, someone came up With the idea of having an integral bathroom and that is something I dont like !!! The rrom Was nice and clean

I stay with my wife and grand daughter for 3 nights to Panama City staying in Westin Hotel the second time. Bed, pillows are up to standard. We had the junior suite, so ordered an extra bed for my grand daughter. Services are great. Breakfast selection were also good. The staffs were very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel, also it is in a very good location.

Great business stay.

They’re at 30% occupancy. I inquired about a room upgrade, they quoted me an additional 1k per night. Restaurants are alternating closure, so 1 reservation option per evening, or buffet. They ran out of top shelf Malibu Rum and Cuervo 1800, which is part of our package. Food is mediocre at best, communication is poor, and I can’t get anywhere when asking. We love night time entertainment, there isn’t any. No dancing, etc. only 1 bar for pool and karaoke. No activities during the day, no volleyball, competition, etc. Jacuzzis are not heated either, and will not heat when asked. Even the swim up bar was closed. They say the Italian deli is open daily- 2:00-10:00, but that wasn’t accurate either. Definitely doesn’t cater to an American clientele. Boring is the best descriptive word. The beach is rocky and unkept. We love all inclusive resorts. This is at the very bottom of our list. I didn’t shop on a budget, and it wasn’t cheap, so my disappointment is directly related to my cost, the value simply wasn’t there.

I always stay at the Westin when I’m leaving or arriving in Panama. It’s a spacious clean hotel with an excellent staff that try’s hard to make their guests comfortable and try to remember your name. The restaurant and bar are also good but if you want to go so,where else there are about 15 restaurants within walking distance. Forget the crappy hotels out by the airport, stay at the Westin.
