Carpet was dirty and there were cookies under the bed that someone had left uneaten. Reception was unfriendly and very unfriendly.
The hot water was not adjustable, the ultimate in inconvenience. Lost and found items were not returned. The low level of service is not commensurate with the price.

First room that was offered to me , it was in a terrible shape. After my complain , and I ask for my money back, the manager offered a different room, much better than first one, I decided to stay that night.

About what you expect for the price. Pretty dirty but we were going for affordable and not high end where you can expect more. At the end of the day it served the peroxide we were going for which was a place to come to after playing hard and provided a place to stay warm at. We would probably stay there again assuming our circumstances stay the same.
