We thoroughly enjoyed our stay 6th-20th June. Food was very good, flavoursome and well prepared Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Staff are lovely and so helpful. 3 pools. We used the quieter pool. Plenty of sun loungers. Guests were asked not to reserve. Great location 20/25 minutes walk to the harbour. Bus station a couple of hundred yards down the road. Plenty of bars,restaurants close by This was our 2nd stay at the Kefalos Damon hotel, and I enjoyed it even more than the first. We hope to be back soon

Had a great week here with friends. Rooms were very Spacious and clean. Cleaners came in every day. Food was lovely. Could have had more choice on desserts though. Drink selection was great. 3 generous size pools to choose from. Entertainment excellent, big shout out to Pino. Location great. Will definitely be returning.

I go to Damon every year for the past 6 years I love it we’re even having our honey moon there in November. But this year wasn’t great. First off we got put in a tiny room which was dirty and had cockroaches they moved us but we had to refuse to go back in there. The lady at reception wow she is so rude. She glares at you she’s very stern when talking to you. She never smiles. The hole holiday she made us feel uncomfortable. I am gluten free they are very good at offering foods I can eat. But the food in general on the all inclusive isn’t great. There isn’t much choice and all the deserts are just jelly and ice cream and the odd hard cake every now and then. Other than that we absolutely love it there it’s very relaxing. Other customers are lovely. Pino the entertainment guy is brilliant and so lovely. Bar staff are great just a shame about the lady at reception and the food choices.

3rd visit to the Damon, as good as always, only thing letting it down is the overuse of pork and the lack of fresh fruit apart from apples and oranges with occasionally melon, also pretty poor selection of salads. Redeeming feature is Pino and the rest of the staff.

The hotel is clean and it’s easy to get a sun bed. Food wasn’t good. No vegetarian options really which wouldn’t bother a lot of people but what was there didn’t look great for anyone. Very repetitive The staff in the restaurant hover around like flies watching you. One of them took my plate before I’d finished eating! Don’t take a break from eating because they’re next to you with their hands on your plate straight away! They also were extremely rude to me when I got a snack and sat at a table because it had a knife and fork. I was told to move to a table nearer the snacks because the table I was at had been set for dinner already . Wouldn’t give me a knife and fork though. Really odd. The lady at reception Mirella is AWFUL!! She was so rude when we checked in and then glared at us and other guests when we walked passed reception to the shop. She then shouted at us when we checked out because we didn’t hear what she had said. She made me feel so uncomfortable even ordering a taxi. She really should either lose her job for how she treats people or be removed from seeing any customers. So many guest around the pool were complaining about her constantly. I would never go back there just because of her!! The overall experience was poor. It’s a cheap and cheerful tacky hotel. It looks like the same people return every year. If you like All Inclusive Benidorm type holiday you’d likely fit in. Location is ok but not a nice area. Very close to bus station though. About 25-30 min walk to the harbour. The rooms are ok. Pretty standard. Very clean. Air con is awful. Disappointed as I’ve never written a bad review but from check in with the Awful mirella it was just not a good experience. I can’t wait to get home

Last minute holiday. Never been to Cyprus before. What a great hotel. Food was great. You could always get something to eat. Every member of staff are very helpful. Bar staff were great. Entertainment team were great. Our room was at the main pool. They have two quite pool areas. To top it all I was €300 at the bingo on the last night. Looking to return again.

We have stayed at the hotel Damon 6 times, my wife me and family and 6 times we have had a fantastic holiday. right let's get straight to the point if you are a person who has a self-importance or snobbish attitude and the world revolves around you you will not enjoy this hotel as this is a hotel for people who are heartwarming, get on with it and are here to have a fun holiday! Staff work very hard and it's been extremely hard for them this June the heat has been intense so hats of to the hotel bar staff, room service, reception team and across the board, great job guys and thank you. Rooms are super clean and tidy, free fridge, beds and toiletries are refreshed every day, oh and the air con is a life saver!! If i had a cat (might find one around Paphos, plenty around) i could swing it around the bedroom, lounge and balcony more room then we needed. If you are are full board and are at the Damon more than a week then the food can get repetitive, but overall the food is good if you are expecting fruit carved into flower shapes and Michelin chiefs cooking your food in front of you you will be disappointed as you have to get up and get your food yourself 'you little self-importance people out there' and who doesn't go out every other day to the local restaurants that are a stone throw away and they are some fantastic restaurants, we need to support these local businesses. BIG SHOUT OUT to the Damon lead entertainer PINO he brings the Damon to life and has so much energy for everyone, we love you long time! (His new entertainment team need to loosen up and have fun) Anyway time to wrap up this review on a couple of annoyances i have experienced over the last 6 years and i can't hold it in any longer, for the love of god please oh please can you fit rubber feet on the chairs in the restaurant it's so annoying and last but not least the coffee/juice machines need to be moved they cause a lot of problems with people bottle necking, i'm surprised there hasn't been a blood bath around that area ..I watch people getting annoyed with each other and scowling behind each others backs it's good entertainment, so on second thoughts leave them there.

What an amazing holiday!! Staff were incredible. Pino the, entertainments man was brilliant. Funny, engaging, not too pushy. Restaurant, bar and reception staff all attentive and helpful. Robert, Alex and Bony always happy to help with a smile. Hotel manager always seen and checking in on his guests with a good morning/evening, how are you? Food was great. A small hotel so a small restaurant. It was quiet when we visited, no queuing. All good hot and fresh. Not a huge choice as only small facility but my daughter is fussy and she always found something. Room was clean and functional. Unless you wanted a specific sun bed, no need to get up early, always plenty available. 10 min walk to Rocky cove and sister hotel. 5 min walk to Kings Mall shopping centre. Bus stop outside. This hotel is fantastic value for money. Made some friends for life. Will definitely be returning ❤️
