We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have never been disappointed, it was nice to be welcomed back by the Manager in person. The food is amazing the down side is piling on the extra pounds, the staff cannot do enough for you always helpful and polite. The Duty Manager could not do enough for us when we had an issue with our room, it was soon rectified and did not spoil our holiday. Ahmad the waiter in Fontana bar was so polite and friendly he would greet us by our name. Although the sun beds are a bit dated they is plenty of them, we are already looking at booking again next year.

A big Thankyou to Christakis and his excellent staff for a wonderful holiday, From arrival to departure. The food in the restaurant was outstanding and the choice fantastic. The desserts are to die for. The bar staff are attentive and nothing is any trouble A special mention to Ahmed who was outstanding. There is always something going on around the hotel from shuffleboard with the lovely Grace to water polo ,water volleyball and killer darts organised by bubbles The cleaning staff are so friendly and cheerful, Any inquiries are happily dealt with by the reception team who are happy to help with organising taxis to explaining how to use the buses And we came back so pleased with our experiance, we have booked to go back next year Thankyou louis imperial beach

Room 350- An amazing 2 weeks again in the Louis Imperial. We love coming here as it's our home away from home! Everything is perfect! So much choice with the food and the desserts are amazing! Room was always clean and smeeling nice, fresh towels daily and top up of complimentary drinks in the fridge! Restaurant staff work so hard and are very attentive! Plenty of sunbeds and no hassle getting one. Ahmed is amazing remembering everyone's name around the pool when he greets you and delivers drinks, a really friendly, sweet on the eye guy! Alicia, it was so lovely to see her again in the bar, she is amazing and we had some lovely conversations! Bianca is doing a fabulous job with customer relations and always interested in feedback! We love coming here, missing everyone already, see you September 2025 !

Hi I’m here on our last day sitting looking out to the med , we have been to this hotel must be 20 times now , and we think it’s getting better , hotel and rooms always super clean , but the staff are brilliant there are to many to mention, food outstanding, love the Pygmalion and Fiki restaurant ,its only a short walk to the harbour if you want to catch buses only 2euro per trip or 6.5 euro all day ,a bonus is you get served drinks by your sunbeds all day with Mamoud , Achmed in lounge and Alana sorry if I’ve spelt your names wrong all off you brilliant and Bianca great as a guest relations, could go on all night but changing to have last meal , till October next year all ready booked and many thanks to Elana 👍👍

From the moment we walked into the hotel we felt at home. This is our 5th visit to Cyprus and to the same hotel. The hotel is set back a bit unlike many others along the walk to the harbor which we like. There is also a stretch of beach which belongs to the hotel if you wish to use. We like the pool area. Lots of activities to get involved in (if you wish) the team are not pushy at all. Mimo is just awesome, so glad he was back this year he made the activities so much fun. The bar staff bianka, Ahmed and Hema were amazing and another lady who we did not catch her name. This was in Fontana bar which is where we enjoyed our evenings after dinner. The food is amazing there is so much choice for all nationalities. Allergies are well catered for. The waiting staff have your drinks on the table before you come back with your food. Amazing staff. Rooms with a sea view are great and kept clean. Thank you to the staff. Management are so friendly and every meal there is a member steering you and asking if there is anything you would like. We have already booked to come back again next year as this is a gem of a hotel and the amount of repeat customers is credit to the hotel and staff. Thank you Chris, Phillip and Bianca for an amazing stay. See you next year.

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. Excellent beach front in a great location for a lovely walk to the harbour. Excellent food choices every day, lots to choose from for everyone and great selection of drinks. Spacious rooms cleaned daily. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Aqua aerobics was great!

We just spent a delightful 2 weeks at this hotel and enjoyed it immensely. All the staff from the management to the kitchen & restaurant to the bar staff and waiting staff & cleaning staff were all brilliant. The food was excellent and thoroughly enjoyable. We could not have been looked after better. we will definently go back again

What a stunning place, beautiful views of the beach and calming inside the hotel. All staff went above and beyond especially the bar staff and bar manager whose attention to detail was on point. Food was outstanding Cleanliness was great We thoroughly enjoyed our stay wand can’t wait to come back for the Cyprus sunshine

Another wonderful holiday at Louis Imperial Beach, staff are wonderful and friendly and the food choices are very varied. We have been going here for the last ten years and over this time we have seen the remodelling of the main restaurant, introduction of a burger bar, revamp of the main bar area. The rooms now need a little TLC and I have been informed that the hotel is programmed for a refurbishment in winter of 25/26 with the expansion of the pool area. Location of this hotel is superb as its sits adjacent to the costal path into Paphos which is around a 30 min stroll away. One thing to say , if you have a issue then go to reception to discuss, the staff are not physic, bur once informed it is addressed. Manager and assistant managers can be seen constantly walking around and all are approachable Will return next year. The only downside which is nothing to do with the hotel is that the airport is not fit for purpose and cannot handle the volume of customers, constant queuing!
