Pros - spotless, the staff work very hard to keep everything clean and tidy. Pool was lovely and plenty of sunbeds so no worries. Staff all very friendly and professional. Cons - getting a little tired and rooms (maybe not all can only judge on mine) could really do with an update. VERY expensive to use the in room safe. Was having a lovely evening playing cards in the bar in reception and obviously the maintenance person decided it was bedtime, came and turned air con off! Overall a lovely week.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Kefalos. We travelled as a family of 8 with 3 young children. The rooms were great, especially our 2 bedroom apartment with 2 huge balcony’s/terraces. Room cleaned daily Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Kids club staff were great for my 2 girls, they didn’t want to leave them. Please could the current kids club lady be thanked, sienna and savannah miss her. Rico and the entertainment team were fantastic. So energetic, friendly and entertaining. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. Breakfast was great with a large variety. Location fantastic with great sunsets. We will definitely return again.

This has to be the worst Hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. The pool was far too small for the number of guests. The beds on the miniscule beach, too few. All Inclusive was not ALL but only Part Inclusive ( The clue should have been in the word All ). From the fact that the safe in Room had to be paid for, to the fact that certain local spirits were also, not included, if hey happened to be in a cocktail. I Expect to pay for Branded Drink but this was ridiculous. Everything was money for this or that. TUI reps appeared not to care if you complained, as long as they got their free meals. It took us days to find a member of staff, that actually smiled or had time to talk. Thank God for Maria & Olga and a few of their colleagues , in the pool bar, who although on the go all the time, actually took time to talk and smile to everybody. Even the Hotel Manager, appeared to care more about chasing the staff, than the happiness of the guests. Lunch was a reduced affair ( Not a lot on the menu ) as not everybody that stayed at the hotel, had All Inclusive. We, over the years, have stayed at other hotels in Cyprus and never had this sort of treatment. If you are still going, DO NOT GO ALL INCLUSIVE, It is far better to eat and drink outside the hotel, where the food is better quality, the drinks cheaper and the staff appear to want you to be there. I suggest that TUI drop this hotel, as it will not bring them any kudos, to have this one in their portfolio.

If you have a food intolerance be aware. I emailed before our holiday but did not get a reply. I told the guy in charge of the kitchen his name was George or Jura., I also spoke to the rep and someone on reception. I cannot eat any alliums and every thing had onions in or on. I asked the guy in charge of the kitchen one evening what didn't have onions in and he said vegetable and potatoes. Both dishes he told me were ok had onions on or in. He told me pasta was ok one evening and as I started eating it I found a piece of onion in it. They do have little allergy cards everywhere but obviously you can not relay on them .He did cook me a pork chop one night and lamb another night. But most nights I had plain carved meat then melon and jelly. Could not even eat salad as it was chopped and mixed up together and as sauces and dressing have onions in I could not rely on what I was told about it. I hated every evening trying to find something to eat. I came home so stressed. I'm trying to put the holiday out of my mind. I have been to this resort before but not since I have had my intolerance.

Our first visit to Kefalos Beach Village but it certainly won’t be our last. From arrival to departure, we couldn’t fault anything. The staff are exceptional - friendly, smiling and extremely efficient. We went all inclusive. Catering for so many different nationalities and cultures can’t be easy but there was such a wide choice of quality meals each day that they seem to have covered everything. Pool and beach area were excellent - loads of space on the grass areas for sunbathing - perhaps the only improvement here could be the quality of sunbeds on the grass/beachside. We look forward to returning.

We recently stayed at Kefalos Beach Tourist Resort in June, and we had an absolutely fantastic time. The location is exceptional, offering stunning views and easy access to a very clean and well-maintained beach. The staff deserve a special mention—they were always smiling, cheerful, and incredibly helpful. They performed their duties exceptionally well and maintained a high standard of service. We sincerely hope they are well rewarded for their hard work. Our All-Inclusive package was excellent, with very good and varied food. The drink menu included in the AI package was also quite extensive. We enjoyed the evening entertainment for children, such as the mini disco and magic shows, as well as the live music for all ages. Our apartment was beautifully maintained and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. During our trip, we also visited Paphos Zoo, where we had the amazing experience of feeding elephants and lemurs—a fantastic outing, especially for the kids. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and will definitely be returning. Thank you, Kefalos Beach Tourist Resort, for an unforgettable experience!

Just back from a fantastic two week stay. We had a 1 bedroom apartment with limited sea view which to be honest was actually more like a full sea view! Staff helpful and friendly. Unfortunately our lounge air conditioning unit started leaking, informed reception and was all fixed and leaked water cleaned up by the end of the same day, excellent service. Room lovely and clean, fresh towels every day and beach towels also supplied. We are already looking to book to return in November this year.

Just on way home from an outstanding week at Kefalos Beach. Just wow - had a great time in an excellently managed complex. From start to finish the staff could not have done any more for us. The food in the restaurant was varied, plentiful and very tasty. Great location for us with some of the best beach's Just a bus journey away. We thank you at Fafalos Beach and can not wait to come back - Sean and Julie

Excellent hotel, lovely staff and fab holiday. We were a family of 7, 4 adults, 3 kids. My mum has mobility issues and hired a mobility scooter from a local company. The hotel was accessible for my mum and the staff were very helpful, reserving a table for her to allow for the scooter right to the table at each meal time. Food was good with a different menu every night. The entertainment staff were excellent and lots to do. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be going back. Thank you
