Muito bom.
O atendimento foi sempre cheio de gentileza. Desde a recepção, até as pessoas que me atenderam no restaurante e café da manhã.
O jantar (frango a parmegiana) é bem servido e estava muito bom.
A cama e travesseiros confortáveis.
Oportunidades de melhoria:
A tampa do vaso estava solta e a TV não funcionou.

Eles estavam totalmente perdidos com minha reserva. Reservei um tipo de quarto que eles disseram que não tinham no hotel. Fiquei rodando de quarto em quarto por mais de uma hora até se decidirem em que quarto ficaria. Isso pq em um quarto a chave não funcionava, no outro a tv e o ar estavam quebrados e acabei ficando em um que o telefone não funcionava. Ao questionar falaram que só poderiam resolver na segunda, dia do meu checkout. Não consegui usar o serviço de lavanderia pq na sexta não tava funcionando e no sábado me disseram que só entregariam a roupa na segunda. O quarto era muito bom. A cama e os travesseiros muito confortáveis. O café da manhã excelente. As moças, apesar de aparentarem estar meio perdidas eram muito atenciosas. Apesar dos pesarem eu voltaria a me hospedar lá.

O Hotel é agradável e os funcionários muito simpáticos. Café da manhã com bastante frutas e biscoitos, pães em menor quantidade.

Viajando para evento, casal, recepcionista negou um segundo cartão de acesso ao apartamento com alegando ser permitindo apenas um por apartamento!!!!!
Lâmpada queimada na sala foi trocada após 2 dias e muita insistência, na recepção e com.o encarregado da manutenção, que após argumentações atendeu-nos utilizando Lâmpada de outro apartamento .

Péssimo, não recomendo. Atendente da recepção mal educada e mal humorada, não consegue resolver nada visto q fica um profissional apenas no meio da semana . Quarto fede a esgoto, não funciona ar condicionado! Tivemos q mudar de quarto duas vezes por conta disso e ainda ficamos em um q não funcionava

O hotel é bacana mas merece um melhor atendimento e cuidados com alguns pontos. Faltou toalha pra banho, papel higiênico e quando precisávamos de uma área pra passar roupa essa área não existe.
