The hotel is new with some construction work going on. But it was bearable for me. Just the sound of AC was a bit loud. Overall, everything was good, especially the staff. Very welcoming, courteous and helpful. I will definitely choose to stay again.

A new hotel located in a new zone under development. We booked superior double at a discounted price (about HKD400/night). Room size is reasonanable. Water pressure good. Daily two bottles of water. Room service is a bit pricey, grab food suggested. Nothing nearby. The nearest place for snacks or the like is Alyala mall about 10 minutes walking distance. There is a nice swimming pool but we were not at the mood of swimming, so didn't try. We did not book breakfast, as the price is also on the high side. All in all, very good value for money for the price we paid.

Service is not good late response. Aircon is not working properly they control it from the main switch. Aircon is always on 24 or 25 degrees even i put it on 16 because the room is hot. Still it returns o 25 degree. Can sleep properly.need to call operator and take long time to answer. They will got to your room to clean even do you don’t put make up room🥲 im sad im planning to stay here December 15 to 27 because its closer to my business. But ill better book another place .

Greet get early check in from front desk and this new hotel but the room is small with good meeting place to meet my supplier..

Good location and overall design. However, room was very small and tight if you have suitcases. Food was also delicious but In-room dining service doesnt have a cart to rest their stuff, has trouble handling the order and always asks to go inside the room. Shortcut buttons on the telephone does not work.

Well maintained newly built hotel and a proper business. Wonderful staff. Partial sea view room had a good view of the swimming pool and the ocean. Walkable distance to 4th largest mall in Asia(SM mall). Very close to the ninoy aquino international airport. The area is a bit far from the city center but is nice for a day or two after a flight.

This is a promising hotel once fully completed. Out of 1,500 rooms, only 300+ rooms are open according to the staff. Nevertheless, the pool is inviting and the kids really enjoyed our stay here. The gym is also good since the equipments are almost complete except leg press. Overall, we are going back here.

Went here when parts of the hotel are still under construction. Room space was adequate and felt new. Only thing that kind of bugged me was the flashing blue led from the smoke detector.

The hotel is brand new, very comfy and accommodating. Asked for a late check out due to my flights and it was free of charge and also the staff is extremely nice and sweet especially the guys at the bar Mark and Nico. I enjoyed the stay and definitely will stay here again.

Classy and modern interior decor! The room is a bit small but serves its purpose. The bed was absolutely comfortable and we had a nice view. They have a sauna, steam room, big pool, and several restaurants, which is a big plus. The service can still be improved, but it's a new hotel so it's understandable.

The hotel is newly opened, so everything, including linens and towels, is fresh and clean—a definite plus. However, the location is a bit isolated, with no malls or convenience stores nearby, which can be inconvenient for basic needs. There’s a casino close to the hotel, which may appeal to some guests, but keep in mind they ask for an incidental deposit even though the minibar is empty. When I arrived, the lobby was quite packed, and there was no available seating. Fortunately, the reception staff was efficient and quick to assist, which helped make the check-in process smoother. Overall, it’s a decent stay, though a few tweaks in location amenities and lobby seating could make it better.

A little bit disappointed. Total of 4 rooms. Only 1 room was checked in on time. 3 rooms checked in at past 4pm. We waited with kids and senior with us. Imagine that. Front desk lied about something being set up on my parent's room for their anniversary (said that is the reason for the long wait), but upon checking in, NOTHING! Gave complimentary cake instead (still thankful). Room we booked says "with view" but gave us the wrong side (view was a dirty creek). Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms but still has a lot to improve. Social media and email accounts unresponsive. Enjoyed the pool though. Comfy beds but room a little bit stiff.

Overall experience is good. We just stayed overnight for connecting flight scheduled early morning the next day. Room is Very clean and has comfortable beds. They need to improve though in increasing the number of hotel staffs especially bell boys. Took them a little while before they can assist us with our baggage.
