GoHotels is our top choice whenever we have work in Manila. The prices are affordable, especially when booking online with promos, and the location is very convenient, close to our work areas. The rooms are consistently clean and well-maintained. However, some amenities could use improvement—specifically, the bathroom door, which tends to leak into the room. Overall, it's a reliable and budget-friendly option.

The room was a little small and the separation of the toilet from the shower did not help. I had to walk across the corridor while my body was wet to transfer from one side to the other. Other than that, the location is conveniently close to the airport and it's easy to get a grab ride from the hotel. Food options nearby are limited to 7/11s and fastfood though. Prepare for a longer walk if you want legit food.

Near terminal.1, nice view from the window with the city, shuttle to airport and affordable breakfast buffet. Good if you wait for your next day flight.

Location is good - situated near the airport. There are lots of local fastfood restaurants and Asian restaurants around - also near Baclaran if toy want to visit the church and do some thrift shopping. Facilities are a bit outdated but are still functional. Service is okay. Did not try the bfast buffet. Toilet and shower rooms are separated - maybe due to the layout. Not sure if this is the case for every room type. These are not separated in another branch i have tried. Overall, the services and facilities are okay - right for the price I say.

The location to airport is good the hotel room ia clean and spacious they serve buffet breakfast in the lobby with additional fee, you can not eat inside the room, the toilet and shower is separate,for queen bed its for availability even you requested ahead of time, they have fee for early check in even you will have early check out but over all its a good stay

Customer service is bad. Staff needs to know how to relate well with people. There’s small cockroaches in the room. Room smells aweful.

Booked a room for few hours stay while waiting for our flight in midnight the next day. Front desk clerks are well trained and polite. Though the guards in the front door were busy, they never fail to help us on our luggages. What I don’t like was when we were about to check out, an annoying employee who was holding a two-way radio touch our bag on the trolley while waiting in the elevator to reach the ground floor. She looked so comfortable doing it so I think that was not the first time she did that. She must be familiar that she is not supposed to touch anyone’s stuff if we don’t permit. Only the bellboys are allowed!!!! I was pissed but I let it pass since I didn’t want to ruin our flight. 🙄 The rest was ok. This place is for those who are not meticulous. This is recommended for a maximum of cone of day stay or you’ll have to deal longer with roaches and other insects.
