This hotel was great. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I asked lots of questions and they were more than happy to help. I felt welcomed and safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely use them again. Value for money and clean rooms. Very high standard and brilliant staff thank you.

Terrible experience and Do NOT believe their pictures. Dirty, smelly, careless management and worse reception service. The reception is always chatting with other staff or pretending she/he is busy. The only smiles received you can get is house keeper, reception staff makes sure you get a long face every day, walk out/in from the entrance. This hotel has a long contract with a Chinese telecom equipment company (some Chinese guests during breakfast told me), and this Chinese company contributes many bookings. Assume this is the reason why management and reception are so arrogance and careless, because they are ”safe” from guaranteed bookings, what do they care about quality and improving service. As I refer those negative comments posted before, they don't improve at all. Took some pictures while stay, being a Accor member, will definitely send to its headquarter. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 week stay at this location over the holidays. The room was comfortable for me and the small fridge and microwave and laundry in lower level was very convenient. I did not cook in the room, just reheated leftovers sometimes. The room was very clean and for me, weekly cleaning was sufficient. One can pay extra to have more frequent cleaning. The staff was excellent and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a strike the whole time I was there. The strike made it more difficult and time consuming to reach the city center. However, I managed it everyday (between 45min-60min each way). The buses were very very crowded often, but being on my own made it manageable. If you are with a family, it would have been harder to squeeze into the buses. The location was very quiet at night and I liked that. There is also a metro station nearby and a grocery store within a 8min walk. I stopped there often, it was very convenient. Traveling alone, I was concerned about safety. However this location was very safe, even at night. There is a police station around the corner. There was a bus stop within a 3 minute walk. I would stay there again for the same price, but next time, I might stay closer in and spend a bit more money. The bathroom was nice and I was provided 3 clean towels (one hand towel and 2 bath towels). They were of sufficient size but typical European, thin towels. I had brought one of my own just in case but never used it. The wall mounted heated towel rack was excellent. I was able to hand wash some items daily and using the rack, they dried within 20min. Loved that! Finally, there is a coffee machine in the main lobby and that was very convenient. I did not purchase the breakfast though. For the price and safety and service and amenities, I thought this place was excellent.

We got a good deal to stay here for 4 nights in a self catering apartment with BA. I had read the reviews and most were really good. I cannot fault our experience at all, it was a great hotel! The room and bathroom was a great size, bed was super comfy and shower was good too. We were far away from the elevator and thankfully was not disturbed at all during our stay. The only downside to this was the walk into central Paris, it took us over an hour each time. Unfortunately we had to book and pay for many Ubers as we didn’t feel it would be safe to walk all that way at night either.

We visited Paris for our honeymoon and within 10 minutes of being in this “hotel” we had booked a flight back home because of how unsafe we felt. There was gangs taking drugs outside of the “hotel”. the “hotel” it’s self is old dated and dirty. The room it’s self is vile. The mattresses are thin and sat on a plank of thin wood. The people within the hotel seem to live there and the background of these people seem to be a concern. There was a single thin pillow. The bathroom dates and dirty. The feeling myself and my husband got made us feel so unsafe we didn’t wish to remain in there any longer or even leave our belongings in there. I sat and cried until we left the property and the thought of walking back through to leave give me high anxiety. On leaving the staff couldn’t care that we were leaving and just opened the door. I can’t put into words how we felt here but the fact we were happy to pay £500 to return home after being in this hotel for 10 minutes should say enough. they now refuse to pay us a full refund because we “stayed” for one night.

We booked 2 rooms online (2 adults & 2 children in each room). When we arrived, one of the staff gave us 2 separate rooms for only 1 family! and the staff was very rude & didn't offer any solution. He made us to run around to their other property across the road. Finally, other staff offered solution & gave us the rooms we had booked! It was a bad experience! Rooms are spacious. But carpets need to be cleaned & look very bad. We didn't opt for breakfast, so, no comments!

Unsure how to feel about this hotel. We have stayed for 3 nights. Rooms are really good and super clean. Reception staff was fairly good at english and the whole hotel area was fairly looked after. However the garden could do with a bit more attention to it. Breakfast staff could do better at looking after guests during breakfast. And i dont mean as to serving them but mending the condiments and food so it doesnt run out completely. Also do not raise your shoulders when asked a simple question in english. Its a hotel, people should know at least what the food they serve is called in english. Breakfast tables are all set for two so if there is more then two of you, get prepared to make your own arrangements or be there early to grab a single long table that can sit more people. Breakfast table preparations could be taking place earlier in the morning than in the evening. That way guests could use tables indoors for socialising etc.

I am a gold member of the hotel chain ans use the Group all over Europe, this hotel was the worse I have ecautered. I booked for 3 night and the Room was not made or clened for 2 days in the row. Staff helpless - They lazied about at the reception, and have very little care of clients, I have notified that the room was not made twice on separate dasy, but no one cared about it. Staff do not speak English at all. I have included, by mistake breakfast on the departing day, but I left the hotel at 4:00 to the airport, no discount was make or anything was prepared anyway, this is after I mentioned at the night shift staff that I was leaving at 4:00, and he said that a coffe and a small croissant would be available.

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work.
