The location of the hotel is good. Although the breakfast is not very diverse, the quality is good. However, the service level is really not satisfactory. Several families stayed at this hotel during their stay in Paris. One of my friends' room windows was broken and could not be closed tightly. It was close to the road. After 2 days of various excuses from various staff members, they said they would come to fix it. It was only with the help of French friends that they reluctantly changed their rooms. Finally, when checking out, the front desk lady told the truth: the window problem in this room has been there for a long time and it cannot be fixed. After changing rooms, my friend actually found a very dirty and smelly T-shirt on the sofa bed. It was really speechless! !

Absolutely lovely stay. Comfortable beds. Great hospitality and staff. Can't fault it one bit! Great location too. Chromecast in every room too which makes it easy to watch entertainment without bringing any extra gadgets. Shopping mall across the street. A lovely breakfast cafe opposite too. Many different other shops around. Very lovely area. Would most definitely visit again!
