Every time I visit Paris, I always stay at Hotel Scarlett. The front desk always goes above and beyond for me and other guests. They are warm, kind, and professional.

The room was good as per photos. The location of Belleville is excellent - true Paris and very multi cultural a great place to explore and hang out. The hotel does what it says and no more. There is no tea or coffee making facilities, only 1 shelf at the top of the wardrobe so not convenient. There were 2 wine glasses but only 1 plastic one for water. We asked for a quiet room but were still on the side of the road which was noisy.

While I agree that it was within their rights to do so, I found it pretty awful that they refused to give any credit or make any accommodations whatsoever when I had to cancel due to my hospitalization. This was the only reservation that did so. Pretty cold of them.

The hotel was very nice & modern. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Our room was lovely but the shower wasn't sealed properly so a puddle formed on the floor every time. Would have been nice to have tea & a kettle in the room, but liked the lighted wardrobe & the desk area.
The area wasn't very nice but it was central enough to what we wanted to do in Paris.

Hotel Scarlett is perfect. Sparkling clean, delightfully friendly staff, very comfortable rooms. Belleville is a great neighborhood, and it was quiet and peaceful at night. Best of all, when I accidentally left some clothing they made every effort to help me get it back, which I'm very grateful for. I will definitely be staying here again both for work and when I visit as a tourist.

Hotel with very welcoming decoration, very beautiful decoration, we feel good there and the host is extremely kind, very attentive to his customers. The double rooms are not huge but very comfortable. The breakfast is very complete. In short, a hotel to recommend and where we will return if the opportunity arises.
