Maybe it was because we arrived too late, the front desk staff was not very welcoming, we entered the room in the dark, the door was tight and hard to close. After sleeping all night, there was noise in the corridor and rain on the top floor. Then we got up early and prepared to go out. The room safe was just a decoration. We closed the door carefully. When we returned to the room before dark, the door was not locked.

Requested late check out when checking in and the person at reception confirmed check out for 2p.m
The next morning the phone rang at 12 to ask me to leave. I explained I had booked and confirmed a late check out. Staff were appalling no matter how many times I explained I had organised late check out and that I just couldn’t physically get out immediately as I had to finish getting dressed and pack they persisted to tell me to get out immediately. It was only when a staff member came to the room to deliver the same message and observed how upset I was trying to pack my bag and get organised to leave did they give us 20 minutes to get out.
It’s run down and noisy on the corridors. Couldn’t close the bathroom door because sink is in the way. So no privacy in the bathroom. Couldn’t sleep because every 30 seconds there were sounds of the cistern in the toilet gurgling and filling up. It drove me mad. It’s expensive and not worth it. More like a 2 star if even!

Nous avons loué 2 chambres : une était très bien et l' autre méritait un coup de rénovation, ce qui semble se faire progressivement dans cet hôtel. Matelas taché sur le dessous, propreté améliorable, confort parfait des lits + silence et bonne isolation phonique. Petit déjeuner varié dans un e petite salle voûtée ( 17 personnes maxi)

L'accueil est rapide et le personnel prévenant. Notre chambre au 4e étage était propre, tres calme, le lit (2 simples accolés) très confortable. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une porte coulissante à la douche (pour éviter de mettre de l'eau partout) qui était propre comme le reste de la SDB. Bémol sur 1 taie d'oreiller (tâchee ou pas changée). Le petit déjeuner est varié (salé ou sucré au choix) dans une cave voûtée en pierre, très chouette. Le personnel gentil.
