Hotel West-End

I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. It was terrible from beginning to end. It was a complete scam. I took a taxi to the hotel entrance and found that I couldn't pass by. There was a construction site with scaffolding halfway in front of the hotel. The experience was terrible, messy and dangerous. Before checking in, I saw the promotion that it was an iron tower room. I wrote a note to ask for a view and paid for the hotel a month in advance. When checking in, I clearly asked whether the room could see the iron tower. The words were unclear. Obviously, English was good and I could understand. I entered the room and found it very dark and shabby. There was a shabby smell. I couldn't see the iron tower at all, not even the top of the tower. I left the room immediately and contacted him to change the room. He said that there was no room that could see the iron tower. I was not feeling well and couldn't stay in this shabby hotel. I took my luggage and left immediately. I didn't touch anything in the room. Not only did the hotel not refund a penny, I didn't eat the buffet breakfast the next day (the room rate included breakfast). He even deducted more than ten euros from my city tax. Outrageous! I stayed in more than a dozen hotels throughout the 30-day trip to Europe, and this was the worst! It was the first time in my life that I had to change hotels on short notice. It was terrible. I asked for a refund of at least the breakfast for the next day or a partial refund based on the proportion. It was rejected. They even charged city tax. I didn’t even stay there!! This hotel is really disgusting.

The room is good and the service is good. It would be better if the elevator was bigger. It feels very depressing. It's a good hotel. The location is also good. There are restaurants, supermarkets, Korean supermarkets and performances nearby. Can recommend.

The front desk is an old man with a very good attitude. We are not good at Chinese, but he is also very cooperative with us using the translation software over and over again. Two weeks before departure, I sent an email to the hotel to help reserve the tower room and arrange the anniversary ceremony. The hotel responded and arranged as much as possible. Actual stay review: 1. The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysées and Montaigne. You can walk to most attractions. It is very safe. I have never heard of robbery or anything thrown in the room. 2. There are many choices for food, accommodation and shopping. Across the street is Chanel, which is very suitable for girls to shop. Many restaurants are expensive, and some require reservations in advance. 3. Check-in details: The hotel arranged room 303, which can see a little bit of the Tower (but it was quite different from what we imagined. I thought it could see at least two-thirds of the Tower. The hotel staff replied that the rooms on the 5th and 6th floors were fully booked😭) No The anniversary ceremony is decorated in a ceremonial manner, the hotel supplies are not Hermès, and toiletries are not provided. The room is not big, at most the size of a 3-star hotel in China (but maybe land is at a premium here?) For breakfast, you can choose a designated breakfast delivered to your door the night before you check in the next day. Some are free, but there are not many choices. Drinks at the bar are charged. All in all, except for the location of the hotel, I think everything else is really average at this price...

The worst hotel ever! Terrible smell in the rooms! Receptionist no attention. We brought our own suitcases. Disgusting hotel. I do not advise anyone. Outsiders are free to enter the room.
