Ibis Styles Paris Crimée la Villette

chambres minuscules sans plus, matelat ok et propre. tres peu de chaines tele. petite lumiere (lampes). salle de bain minuscule. dans tout l hotel moquette extremement tachee. employes super gentils. petit dejeuner : c est un mini buffet infecte.

J'ai réservé cet hotel proposé par mon employeur sans vérifier les avis. Très grosse erreur !!! Chambre sale, odeur d'égouts, moquette dans un état pitoyable, sale, cafard.... Une honte au prix de la chambre Petit déjeuner médiocre Cet hôtel n'a rien d'un ibis style

Hôtel Ibis style Crimée est à éviter. Moquette brûlée, tâchée², cafard, des gens qui fument dans les chambres donc alarme incendie à 6h00 du matin... Le personnel est gentil mais l hôtel est crado. Bravo pour pour les JO.... petit déjeuner : rien au frais, pas d œuf... le directeur de cet hôtel devrait revoir ses priorités. Nous demandons à notre entreprise de le déférencer.

Welcoming and friendly team but the magnetic door key system was out of order throughout the hotel, forcing, this Sunday, February 25, the unfortunate single employee at the reception to accompany the customer to their room each time the customer entered or returned. Very dirty, stains on the box spring, stained carpet everywhere, pipe odors. Night lights poorly attached to the bed… establishment to avoid!!!!

We are used to staying at hotels in the Ibis Styles range and are usually satisfied with them but here, apart from the generally friendly staff, there is nothing to keep! Cramped room (you can barely walk around the bed) and not very pleasant, poorly insulated both for noise and for the light from the corridor which passes through the bedroom door, poor bedding, questionable hygiene (hair trailing in the bathroom bathroom, dirty and worn shower hose, sink half clogged, lighting above the sink not working, insufficient towels, no tissues, etc.), very disappointing breakfast (no hot dish, no eggs, ... not to mention the dining room located in an unpleasant basement), and the hotel is not accessible (no ramp to pass the entrance steps, elevator too narrow for an armchair) . No parking nearby either. Scandalous that Accor includes this hotel in this range.

Huge disappointment. This establishment is not at all at the level of an ibis Styles. I booked with confidence without looking at the comments, mistake. The fact that the room is small happens frequently in Paris. But dirty carpet, foul smell, no thermostat on the radiator (“cool” room, tap closed when we arrived and hot in the morning when we woke up), broken door handle to the stairs, etc., this is not acceptable. Another “scam”, it says “Parking” in the hotel description. It is common for there to be no parking at the hotel, again in Paris. But there is no parking nearby. I found a space 800m away in a private building parking lot using an app. So this statement is misleading, unless we accept the idea that there are parking lots in Paris. The only “positive” points: the breakfast was OK in a clean room in the basement and the night porter was really courteous and smiling when we arrived at 11pm+. Establishment to avoid.
