You can get there by taking exit 5 of the Arc de Triomphe and walking for about 5 minutes. Very good location.
The room is very spacious compared to similarly priced hotels in Paris. However, the carpets were not cleaned and were very dirty. Dusty.
I don't know whose fault it is, but on the day I first arrived, I made a reservation for 2 people, but they said it was reserved for 1 person. It's a double room and they didn't add breakfast, so what on earth is it that they don't let you in because they say it's a single person reservation? I showed them the reservation confirmation that I had made a reservation for 2 people and they let me in. Check-in staff with no flexibility at all.
Warm water came out well in the shower. There are L'Occitane amenities inside.
Elevator very very narrow. It gets crowded if one person brings a suitcase. Two people can ride. People with claustrophobia may not be able to board.

The location is the best. The breakfast area is small but has many varieties, which is great. The room facilities are okay. In a place where land is at a premium, it is understandable that the room is small. The service attitude is not bad, but the work is as fast as a snail. Especially after a long day, the door cannot be opened, so I can't give them good reviews. . I must mention the elevator. My husband and I had to hold our luggage tightly to fit it in. I weighed 96 pounds and my husband weighed 170 pounds.

Accueil juste correct, chambre au rdc mal insonorisée et sombre. Qui plus est la serrure était défectueuse et nécessitait que la personne de l'accueil l'ouvre avec une clé (non sans mal). Aucune compensation possible, dommage !

The place is located near the center auction near Café bistro mini market sightseeing, but the space is a bit limited and for families with straws and many baggies. It’s really difficult to move but a very decent solution if you want to be near the center.

First time visiting Paris and at first we were kind of scared as we were visiting as a family(4 including kids) but the hotel is very well located(30 minutes from airport(Uber), 5 min walk from Arc de Triomphe, train station is another 5 minute walk, Eiffel Tower is a 10 minute drive away) amazing staff, they’re very attentive, replied to all our questions via email before arriving. Tons of food options around, it is a small concept hotel but amazing for a couple of days or a week. Will definitely comeback and recommend.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great location to Arc and metro, 2 minute walk. Found room to be a little bigger than what I’m used to for Paris. I recommend this Hotel as a place to stay.

An excellent boutique hotel within a three minute walk of the Arc de Triomphe. Close to bus and subway links meaning site seeing is a breeze. Our room was clean and tidy and the hotel even set up a spare bed for our daughter. Fantastic breakfast with a selection of food and drinks to suit all tastes. We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in Paris
