I had a double room. It was very clean and calm, with a large bathroom. The rooms' decoration is certainly dated and basic but it is functional. The person at the reception the day I left was extremely helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located: about 100m from Gare Saint Lazare (and the metro) and very close to shops and large department stores in a very lively neighbourhood. I would happily stay there again. Great value for money.

I have quite honestly never stayed in a more friendly hotel the staff were, without exception, amazing. They couldn’t do enough to help and every one we encountered was lovely and incredibly helpful. The hotel is well located away from the madding crowd but within a few steps of bars, restaurants and the hustle and bustle of central Paris. I needed a room with three single beds which many hotels don’t offer but this one does. The room was large (originally 2 rooms maybe) - with windows to the front and back of the property and a large bathroom. The room and bathroom were immaculate and nicely furnished, the bathroom was like new. The beds are really comfortable, we all commented on them, and we all slept well. All rooms are accessible by the spiral staircase but there is also a small lift. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back. The Wi-Fi was great, and tv channels plentiful. We didn’t make use of the in-house breakfast preferring to make the best use of the beautiful weather and eating outside.

Decided to book a last minute trip to Paris & my partner had booked this hotel as part of a package. Upon searching the hotel, I was very skeptical how this hotel would be and had very low standards of arriving due to all the reviews I’d read. The room & hotel were clean and tidy, staff are lovely and nothing was a hassle for them, breakfast was brought out quickly and re-filled if finished! Only downfall being how tiny the bathroom is, quite a struggle getting round about everything in the bathroom as it’s all packed in so tightly & the mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but that bit wasn’t too much of a bother to me as the pillows made up for it! Two stars knocked off primarily for the size of bathroom and mattress but can’t grumble too much due to the price paid! Still very happy and satisfied with our stay.

The hotel is a bit old around the corridors and walkways! its working on renovating but once inside the room it is nice and clean so wasnt too fussy on it! Great location, safe and easy accessible to tourist sights and shopping. Front desk was also very helpful so overall would recommend it just the hotel needs to work on finishing its renovation so it looks newer!

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel during my 4 day visit to Paris. the friendly service, the cleanliness, the delicious food, the pleasant atmosphere (nice music, calmness and politeness from Sasha, Patrick, Isabelle and the women who take care of the cleanliness and the delicious breakfast). very convenient location, as well as proximity to a metro station. First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. The hotel is in a really nice position very close to the metro station of Jaurès that can get you basically everywhere. The place was clean and there is the chance to leave there your luggage if you come to early for check in or if you need to leave it after check out. That earns the 2 stars in my review. Unfortunately this was probably my worst experience in a hotel. Checking in I was told that we got an upgrade and, instead of our view on the city we got what is supposedly a better room facing an internal wall. I must say that I am not sure if that was really an upgrade because it didn't feel like it - and this makes me wonder what would have been a regular room. Rooms are poorly insulated and I could hear perfectly what was going on in the rooms next to our. The cleaning was good, but unfortunately the cleaning lady forgot to close our door and, when we came back to the hotel in the late afternoon, we found the door open. The only answer we got when we reported the issue was ”oh, that's not good” - indeed it isn't. Growing up in a similar business I have been taught to do what it take to make happy your guests and I found odd that I couldn't get a couple of spoons when I asked for them (”breakfast is closed now so we don't have spoons”). All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The price doesn't match the service.

The front desk staffs were helpful but the manager didn’t fulfil our request. I spent high amount money for just one night with Eiffel Tower view and come earlier than other customers, when we go to the room we found a mosquito on the bed, so we asked for changing room in higher floor but be rejected. And people who came later were arranged to higher floor. I just felt being discriminated! However, the view and location is good but service and attitude needed to be improved!!

The hotel is located in an area that from what I could tell was undergoing transformation from what was probably a light commercial and office area being replaced by new apartment buildings which the hotel was part of and while the area was nice it wasn’t really convenient to anything. On the morning I needed a taxi the hotel tried booking me one but none were available in the area and I walked about two kilometres before I was able to hail one down. This is an apartment hotel and doesn’t provide all the traditional services you would get at a hotel but this one comes pretty close. A small lobby with some seating and vending machines and another area with some lounges and a game table. My room 311 had a handy entry area with a small shelf ideal for your keys and other small items and some coat hooks. The bathroom is off to one side and had a large open shower with just a shower curtain in my room which I think was because it was a disabled room. The shower was a good size but the floor of the shower which was a prefabricated tray didn’t feel as it was properly attached to the floor and had a fair bit of movement. The main room was a good size for Paris and had everything I needed for my short three night stay including a comfortable bed, desk with convenient power outlets and a kitchen which was well stocked with the items you would need on a daily basis for a short stay but more specialized appliances were available to borrow at the front desk like food processor, croc pot and crepe maker I think it was which was a good idea. Overall the room had a nice modern contemporary feeling and more than enough space. Being an apartment hotel concept the rooms are only serviced every seven days which is something to be aware of. I chose this hotel as it was closer to the place I needed to collect my leased car from and given that the French Open was on at the time my options were limited and the hotel had parking but as it turned out I didn’t need it as there was plenty of free street parking right outside the hotel on the two nights I needed it. I really like the Adagio chain of apartments in Europe and this was another great one.

Stayed here to be close to Disneyland, only 12 minute walk to the park!!! It’s the closest non-Disney hotel to the park, and very glad we chose it. The room itself was good, a little apartment with all the amenities you would need, nothing fancy but good! Bed was comfy, shower was nice. Staff friendly, easy to check in. (first time using trip.com for anything and was worried our booking was going to be non-existent as the price was so cheap compared to other websites, but it was all fine!) It’s also close to the main shopping centre in val d’europe (about a 14 minute walk). the train station in val d’europe is a little further walk, we found that walking to Marne la ville chessy train station at Disneyland was actually closer and faster to get too! All in all, would highly recommend here if you want to be very close to Disneyland, dont bother using shuttles and things, just walk!
