We are timeshare owners at that resort and visit every year. This year everything went smoothly with no hick ups. Our suite was spacious and in good condition. Service is only provided once a week but one can ask for anything missing and also for trash pick up. Was no problem for us and every request, like additional coffee, was promptly filled. I don't want to comment on the somewhat confusing layout of the resort, but over the years we have learned to navigate it very well. There are always stairs one can take to avoid waiting for an elevator. Skier service is good every year and our skis arrived promptly at the Gondola after sending a message to the desk. This time we had a car and parking was fairly easy. The first day we used the Valet parking but then decided to use the Guest Parking and that was fine. We did not use the resort shuttle at all this time. We definitely are looking forward to our return next year. The resort has a plan to remodel the suites because most of them are somewhat dated; so that will be exciting to see. If you have any specific questions, please don't hesitate to send me a message. I will try to answer it.
Park City Peaks

It was located right in between to two busy places of park city. I loved that they offered cookies and hot chocolate during the afternoon. They had an extensive complimentary breakfast with lots of seating in the restaurant. The weekend we were there the ice rink was closed which was a bummer but not a big deal. I liked that they had a indoor/outdoor pool and two hot tubs, one outdoor and one indoor. The pool was definitely too cold to swim in for winter. They also had a steam room and sauna. The room was a decent size and roomy for my husband and I. I wish the fridge would actually get cold enough to keep food cold but we were only there one night. The bed was very comfortable. The walls are a little bit thin, we could hear our neighbors around 3 am drunk talking loudly. They did have a noise curfew but it was being ignored.

This is the cheapest room in the trip, the environment is quite good, basically foreigners, next to the Outlets, most people come here to ski! The room is also very clean! There are warm pools and many children are playing inside.
The St. Regis Deer Valley

Deer Valley
First and foremost, we feel incredibly fortunate to have enjoyed another winter stay at the exquisite St. Regis Deer Valley. Our experience begins the moment we pass through the private Deer Crest community gates and ascend to the property. Nestled at an elevation of 7,452 feet, the resort looks majestic against the snow-covered backdrop, beautifully illuminated and inviting. Upon arrival, we immediately felt at home as the bell service greeted us by name and took care of everything. Within ten minutes, our luggage was in our room and our skis, boots, and poles were delivered to the ski valet. The seamless service and attention to detail made our return to this stunning property feel both welcoming and luxurious. Location: The St. Regis Deer Valley is ideally situated halfway down from Little Baldy Peak, offering true ski-in/ski-out access to the mountain. It's also conveniently located just an 8–10-minute drive from Main Street Park City. Room Experience: During our recent stay at St. Regis Deer Valley, we were offered an upgrade upon check-in to a grand deluxe slopeside view which we happily accepted. We really enjoy the slopeside view, extra space, fireplace, and use of the balcony on the sunny afternoons. For some reason the room we were given had a restricted view of the mountain and no chairs to sit on outside. Although this was an upgrade, it was a bit disappointing and a downgrade from the prior year. After several requests for chairs we were told that there were no more balcony chairs to offer us, but we could be provided with banquet chairs instead. We ultimately declined these; however, Adam was exceptionally communicative and made every effort to address and resolve our concerns. We appreciated Adam and the staff's dedication to ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The guest rooms, whether slopeside or valley view, offer a cozy 460 square feet of space, suitable for a family of four. While these rooms are smaller than those at the Montage, they are more spacious than comparable rooms at the Stein. The main challenge lies in storing a week's worth of ski clothing and gear. The bathroom, on the other hand, is quite large, featuring a jacuzzi tub and a separate stand-up shower. The televisions embedded in the vanity mirrors are a nice touch, especially for the kids, who thoroughly enjoyed watching TV while soaking. Additionally, the grand deluxe rooms come equipped with gas fireplaces, which not only warm the room but also give it a luxurious ski lodge feel —a perfect way to unwind and dry off damp ski gear after a day on the slopes. Dining: We arrived at the hotel in the late afternoon, just missing the chance to ski. Opting instead for an early dinner, we headed to Brasserie 7452, located adjacent to RIME near the funicular. The lively atmosphere of the restaurant and adjoining bar, filled with guests enjoying their Apres drinks, immediately struck us. Thankfully, as hotel guests, we were granted priority on the

We visited Stein's for our anniversary. This is our 9th or 10th visit to Steins because we love it so much. My husband looks forward a Stein Burger every year. This year, to start it was just my husband and myself, but after 2 days our 5 kids (ages 13-3) came up to join us. Whether just the two of us or a whole crew, staff treated us with the same kind, courteous, caring demeanor. We had no needs left unmet. The kids loved the pool, arcade, pizza and fries. Staff made it easy to switch from a couple stay to a family trip. I definitely recommend this whether your coming up as adults only, or as a family. Stein's offers something for everyone.

Located in the Canyon Village area this HGVC property is close to many amenities located in the area. It’s a close walk to the Gondola and many shops and restaurants. The property is well taken care of and there’s always help available at your service. The free shuttle is prompt and reliable, taking you to Main Street or Kimball Junction. The pool is nice and towels are provided. The concierge was helpful with suggestions for viewing local attractions. Maintenance was hit and miss. Our room was missing a tv remote, which was promptly provided, but the ice machine and refrigerator quit working properly, and when I reported to the front desk, nothing was done. That meant three days of getting ice from the first floor and moving refrigerator food items to the freezer in order to stay cool. Another thing is make sure you request a room with air conditioning. I had requested, but upon checking in, they tried to pass off a room with no air. The temperatures were high 80’s. I visited with other guests that were disappointed in getting rooms with no air. So if you’re visiting in warm weather, I’d check ahead of time on the air conditioning situation. A plus was the parking. We never had a problem finding a spot on the underground parking. There’s also the option of valet. Overall this is a good option of a property to stay. We are owners at another HGVC and wanted to try a new property. We’d come back here.
