Unexpectedly good! The room was clean and tidy, and the view was particularly outstanding. The amenities provided were very complete, and the area was also very quiet with convenient shopping. Highly recommended for family trips.

The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, allowing for early check-in, a warm welcome, and luggage storage while guests checked out, among other things. Positives: 1. Observing the boat and watching it enter and exit the harbour is wonderful 2. 1-minute walk from the free tram station 3. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets 4. great location and facilities, but be prepared for significant noise both early in the morning and late at night. Be randomly arranged units in 889 or 883 Collins st. the noise situation seriously affects the stay. There are several construction sites nearby, and work starts around 7 a.m. every day. The drilling and machinery noise is very loud, making it difficult to sleep in. At night, the problem continues as car enthusiasts often race along the nearby roads, and the engine revving can be extremely disruptive.

The one-bedroom apartment I originally booked was upgraded to a three-bedroom apartment (actually a two-bedroom and one-studio) without any notice. The original one-bedroom was very cheap. I parked the car on the turntable, rushed in, threw the key and ran. . . . . . Too embarrassing. Check-in also has this problem, because its garage requires a key to go in. Location of the property was perfect. The building is well maintained. However I had a problem with the security deposit or Bond. The hotel said they refunded. But it was untrue. Next time pls allow cash security payment like most established operators do in this world. Somehow they kept spinning their stories. I lost my bond $.

The location is right on the edge of the city center, lively and quiet, the environment is good. However, the front desk is not in the same place as the apartment and needs to be found, so it is best to know some English. In addition, the house is separated by a partition, the sound insulation effect is not very good, the party is opened next door, and it is very loud.

Location is very good because it is just next to a stop on the free tram system. There are shops and supermarkets nearby and some restaurants. You can also easily walk to the CBD, river and Southern Cross Station. It is relatively large and has plenty of amenities. The only negative was that the soft chairs are covered in highly visible greasy food and drinks stains. They should either use a faux leather or something or throws that can be washed. Also there seemed to be a huge excess of bedding which got tangled and uncomfortable. A simple duvet, sheet and two pillows would be better in my opinion. But otherwise, all good!

It's a serviced apartment with basically no services. If you stay for a long time and prepare to cook your own food, you can. There are large supermarkets and Chinese supermarkets nearby. You can clean the bathroom yourself, wash the bath towels yourself, and there is a dishwasher and washing machine, which is also convenient.
