奢華酒店體驗員I paid to stay at the premier suite at the Grand Hyatt Bangkok, which included access to the hotel's executive lounge. Although the lounge was on the smaller side with limited food selection, the service was very good overall. I would especially like to give my compliments to Mel, the primary Grand Club staff member serving me during the stay. He was very diligent and attentive. The elevated level of service he provided during my stay left me with a very positive impression of the hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future if I am in the Central Bangkok region.

I had a layover in Bangkok for one night, flying back the next evening. Centara Grand really has an excellent location; it's a 10-minute walk to the Erawan Shrine across the street, Central Department Store is right downstairs, and Big C is directly opposite. My legs were exhausted from all the walking! It's so convenient for dining and shopping.
The lobby is on the 23rd floor. Upon check-in, we received a drink coupon for the rooftop bar for each person, which we used right away. However, children are only allowed on the 54th floor.
The breakfast selection was quite extensive, but I found the taste to be just average.
The bedding was very soft, making for a very comfortable sleep.

Guest UserThe hotel is located in the CBD. The staff saw I was traveling with a child and upgraded us to a larger room for free. Although it's in the city center, it's very quiet.
The breakfast included Chinese-style dishes, and the service staff were warm and attentive.
Be sure to try the spa! Banyan Tree's in-house essential oils are fantastic, and the therapists are very professional. I enjoyed a special package (90 minutes for around RMB 800, which also included afternoon tea on the 45th floor).
The surrounding area is also very convenient. Just a heads-up: durians are not allowed back into the hotel!
It's a good idea to download a translation app, as most of the hotel staff speak English and Thai...
Fresh fruit was replenished daily in the room. Even though it's an older brand, it still stands strong, which shows that Banyan Tree definitely has its unique charm!!!

Anonymous UserThe hotel's location next to an amusement park makes it a great choice for families with children. There's a shuttle bus and boat service every hour that goes to Silom for free, and you can get to Asok Station with a transfer for 12-14 baht.
The breakfast was average compared to other hotels of a similar standard, and it was decent enough.
While the overall facilities are very old and dated, I'd still recommend this place if you're looking for a room with a bathtub, spacious accommodations, a beautiful view of the Chao Phraya River, and good value for money.
However, the most important thing is that the service attitude of those who help with check-in and check-out at the hotel is only one star. They smiled brightly and seemed friendly, but I'm not sure if they were good at their job.
As someone sensitive to noise, I requested a quiet room when booking. Instead, I was assigned to a floor undergoing renovation. As soon as the elevator doors opened, I saw a giant curtain, and it felt like I was stuck on a construction site. The most annoying part was that when I lay down in the room to rest, I couldn't relax properly due to the constant thumping noises from the renovation. I came here to relax comfortably, but I wondered why I was at a place that felt like a construction site. It was completely different from what I expected from a 4-star or 5-star level of service.
However, I want to express my gratitude to the staff working at the concierge. My tour was almost canceled due to a sudden downpour, and it wouldn't have been refundable. Thanks to the help of the concierge staff, my tour went ahead as planned. I had a great time because of them, and I gave them 10 dollars as a thank-you. That's how a hotelier should work. I sincerely appreciate it.

IamliuStaying here for 4 days 3 nights! Location was closed to convenient store, pharmacy, local market and surrounded with foods shop and massage. However, bit distances from mtr station. So in and out i took grab and bolt. Since it doesnt cost much, I find the location are still good enough. Staffs were attentive, friendly and professional. Door guy always smile and greeting most of customer. Keep it up!
Fitness centre and swimming pool open from 7am to 9pm, wifi was good too. I did not try the breakfast as it cost quiet expensive tho. Room were spacious, hot water and aircon working well, one thing that bit disturb me was I could hear next room were talking, so I believe the wall is pretty thin. Overall, I enjoy my stay!

Mm.muThe location is convenient and the room was surprisingly nice for the price. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the facilities were quite modern. Nothing too fancy, but everything you actually need is there. I’d happily stay again.

The location is great, right by Asok MRT and close to Terminal 21. The hotel is quite clean and the staff are friendly. However, the breakfast was a major disappointment. If you're staying here, I'd recommend skipping the breakfast option. There aren't many choices, mostly just bread, which might suit Western tastes but is definitely not ideal for Asians. 😂😂😂

米儿The hotel’s biggest strengths are its excellent service, stylish design, and very comfortable bed. It also provides parking, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel since we were on a self-driving trip.
On the downside, the surrounding area is very quiet. There are no nearby massage shops or restaurants, and even the nearest 7-Eleven is quite a long walk away. The route is also lined with closed or inactive shops, so it’s not ideal if you prefer to simply walk downstairs for food or a late-night massage. In most cases, you’ll need to take a taxi.
The hotel does offer in-house dining and massage services, but the massage service does not operate as late as the shops outside, which was less convenient for us. It is also significantly more expensive.
As for the facilities, the bed was definitely the highlight—very comfortable and gave us a great night’s sleep. However, the shower had very low water pressure, which was disappointing. The hairdryer and iron provided by the hotel also seemed quite old and were not very efficient. It took a long time to dry my hair, so we ended up going to a nearby hair salon to wash and dry our hair instead.
Overall, the service, interior design, and cleanliness were all good. However, the location is not the most convenient if you want easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, or massage shops, and I believe some of the facilities could be upgraded to provide a better guest experience.

Anonymous User1. I stayed for one night because I was attending a concert at Idea Live, which is near the hotel. I was really grateful that the front desk allowed me to check in before 11 AM that day.
2. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the showerhead was quite old and didn't work very well; the water pressure was too strong, but the spray area was very small.
3. Getting to the hotel from BKK (Suvarnabhumi Airport) involved taking the Airport Rail Link for a few stops and then walking for about 15 minutes. However, that walk isn't the easiest, so it might be challenging if you have large luggage.

Anonymous UserWe were a group of 10 people and booked one three-bedroom and one two-bedroom apartment. The three-bedroom was incredibly spacious, easily twice the size of the two-bedroom, offering a completely different experience. Interestingly, the two-bedroom apartment we stayed in (09) didn't have a washing machine, while unit 03, which was the same room type, did – inconsistent facilities for the same room category! The housekeeping was just okay; there was a puddle of water by the bathroom door in our bedroom for two consecutive days that wasn't cleaned up. The room facilities were quite old and dated. The breakfast selection was limited. The hotel management was very rigid and inflexible. One day, the door lock broke, trapping one of our companions inside. Thankfully, a friend was there to help resolve the situation. The location is good, very close to Central Embassy and CentralWorld, and you can even walk to the Erawan Shrine.
