I paid to stay at the premier suite at the Grand Hyatt Bangkok, which included access to the hotel's executive lounge. Although the lounge was on the smaller side with limited food selection, the service was very good overall. I would especially like to give my compliments to Mel, the primary Grand Club staff member serving me during the stay. He was very diligent and attentive. The elevated level of service he provided during my stay left me with a very positive impression of the hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future if I am in the Central Bangkok region.

The hotel's location is superb, right next to Central World, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Big C is just across the street, a must-visit for me every time I'm in Bangkok. It was the rainy season in Thailand during my stay, so it rained every evening, and exploring the areas around the hotel was the best option. This time, I stayed on the 42nd floor, and the view was great! The breakfast was also excellent. I'll definitely be back!

The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam, Bangkok | Stay Experience from 2026/09/28 – 10/04 This time, I stayed at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam in Bangkok for seven consecutive days, from September 28th to October 4th, and the overall experience was very satisfying. The hotel is situated in the prime location of Pratunam, boasting an exceptional geographical advantage. It's within walking distance to Pratunam Market, Platinum Fashion Mall, and CentralWorld, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's also not far from the BTS Skytrain station, allowing for easy and time-saving travel to various attractions in Bangkok. The room was spacious with elegant decor and well-equipped amenities. It was cleaned meticulously every day, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. The hotel features a rooftop pool and a fitness center, where guests can relax with a swim and enjoy the Bangkok city views. The breakfast at the restaurant offered a rich variety of Thai and international dishes. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous, providing attentive and thoughtful service, and handling inquiries efficiently. With five-star facilities and a superb location, the value for money is outstanding. Choosing this hotel for my Bangkok trip was truly a wise decision, leaving me with wonderful memories. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

The room type I booked was advertised as a river view room, but I'd say it's more of a partial river view. The room is located at the bottom of a recess, with other rooms extending out on both sides, partially obstructing the view. However, the room gets great sunlight and is very spacious with excellent natural light. The bed is large and comfortable, and it's incredibly quiet at night – absolutely no noise. The cleaning was also quite good, and the service staff were all very pleasant. The front desk staff speak Chinese, which made communication very easy. The bathroom is a bit narrow, especially the shower stall, which I estimate to be only about 60cm wide. Even for a woman, you'll find your elbows hitting the sides. It's barely adequate but not comfortable. The disposable slippers felt like they were made of plastic; they weren't breathable, were very thin, and had slippery soles. It's good that they provide disposable toothpaste and toothbrushes, but you need to bring your own comb. Check-in was stated as 3 PM, and we arrived at 2:30 PM. We couldn't even check in half an hour early and had to wait, which is a significant drawback compared to hotels in China. Also, I don't recommend booking breakfast; the variety is very limited, and the ingredients are all budget-friendly. It's definitely not as good as other reviews claim, and the taste wasn't suitable for us as Chinese food eaters. If I come back, I'd consider staying here again but definitely wouldn't book breakfast. Check-out is at 11 AM, but the hotel's boat to the SkyTrain station also leaves at 11 AM. If you miss it, you have to wait until 1 PM. So, it's best to check out half an hour early, otherwise, you'll have to take a taxi to the SkyTrain station yourself.

As a first-time visitor to Bangkok, I was looking for somewhere comfortable, convenient, and welcoming—and this hotel delivered above and beyond in every single way. The real heart of this hotel is its incredible team. The front desk staff are legendary! A massive, special shoutout to Jack and Pat, who were tremendously friendly, warm, and helpful from day one. I was recovering from an operation at the nearby Bangkok Hospital, and their genuine care and hospitality made me feel so safe, relaxed, and at ease. Huge praise also goes to Xiao from the housekeeping team! He kept my room immaculate and paid so much attention to detail, which made a world of difference during my recovery. The entire staff truly operates at a 5-star standard. As for the hotel itself—brilliant! The loft-style room design is super modern and spacious, and the amenities are fantastic. Having a 24/7 Lawson convenience store right on the ground floor alongside delicious food options downstairs was an absolute game-changer. Zero complaints, 100% satisfaction. If I ever visit Bangkok again, I wouldn't even look anywhere else—I will most certainly be staying right back here at Cassia Rama 9! Highly, highly recommended! 🏆✨

Staying here for 4 days 3 nights! Location was closed to convenient store, pharmacy, local market and surrounded with foods shop and massage. However, bit distances from mtr station. So in and out i took grab and bolt. Since it doesnt cost much, I find the location are still good enough. Staffs were attentive, friendly and professional. Door guy always smile and greeting most of customer. Keep it up! Fitness centre and swimming pool open from 7am to 9pm, wifi was good too. I did not try the breakfast as it cost quiet expensive tho. Room were spacious, hot water and aircon working well, one thing that bit disturb me was I could hear next room were talking, so I believe the wall is pretty thin. Overall, I enjoy my stay!

The location is great, right by Asok MRT and close to Terminal 21. The hotel is quite clean and the staff are friendly. However, the breakfast was a major disappointment. If you're staying here, I'd recommend skipping the breakfast option. There aren't many choices, mostly just bread, which might suit Western tastes but is definitely not ideal for Asians. 😂😂😂

The hotel’s biggest strengths are its excellent service, stylish design, and very comfortable bed. It also provides parking, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel since we were on a self-driving trip. On the downside, the surrounding area is very quiet. There are no nearby massage shops or restaurants, and even the nearest 7-Eleven is quite a long walk away. The route is also lined with closed or inactive shops, so it’s not ideal if you prefer to simply walk downstairs for food or a late-night massage. In most cases, you’ll need to take a taxi. The hotel does offer in-house dining and massage services, but the massage service does not operate as late as the shops outside, which was less convenient for us. It is also significantly more expensive. As for the facilities, the bed was definitely the highlight—very comfortable and gave us a great night’s sleep. However, the shower had very low water pressure, which was disappointing. The hairdryer and iron provided by the hotel also seemed quite old and were not very efficient. It took a long time to dry my hair, so we ended up going to a nearby hair salon to wash and dry our hair instead. Overall, the service, interior design, and cleanliness were all good. However, the location is not the most convenient if you want easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, or massage shops, and I believe some of the facilities could be upgraded to provide a better guest experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything about my stay from August 10-12 was excellent. The hotel has a huge mirror that's perfect for Instagram photos. While the bathtub was slightly dirty, all other aspects were outstanding. The air conditioning was a definite highlight - very cold and a welcome relief in this hot weather country. Overall, a great experience!

This is a very relaxing place with a swimming pool and Chinese-speaking staff. It has two beds, and the staff were very patient; someone stayed up until 3:30 AM to help us check in. The only downside is that it's quite far from the city center, and the convenience store is a 7-8 minute walk away. I even got chased by stray dogs when I went to buy some essentials late at night – quite an experience! Highly recommended if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle!
