I paid to stay at the premier suite at the Grand Hyatt Bangkok, which included access to the hotel's executive lounge. Although the lounge was on the smaller side with limited food selection, the service was very good overall. I would especially like to give my compliments to Mel, the primary Grand Club staff member serving me during the stay. He was very diligent and attentive. The elevated level of service he provided during my stay left me with a very positive impression of the hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future if I am in the Central Bangkok region.

Stayed at Centara Grand at CentralWorld with my 2 children and overall we had a very pleasant stay. The location was the biggest plus for us. Being directly connected to CentralWorld made everything very convenient, especially when travelling with children. It was easy to head out for meals, shopping and activities without having to rely on transport all the time. The hotel is also within easy reach of the Pratunam and Siam areas. The room was comfortable and suitable for our short family stay. We also found the hotel staff helpful and the overall environment comfortable and convenient for families. For parents travelling with children, I would definitely recommend this hotel mainly for its excellent location and accessibility. It made our Bangkok trip much easier and more enjoyable, and I would consider staying here again.

We had a fantastic stay at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. The location is excellent, with CentralWorld, Platinum Fashion Mall, and Pratunam Market all within walking distance, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great city view and a very comfortable bed. The facilities were excellent, especially the large swimming pool, gym, and breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious Thai and international dishes. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. Overall, the hotel offers fantastic value for money and is perfect for families, couples, or anyone wanting to explore Bangkok. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Last summer, I stayed at the same hotel and had a fantastic experience. This year, however, it was just average. First off, the hotel has been undergoing renovations every morning for a long time. Then, the ventilation system in the room wasn't good enough. I'm not sure where the renovation work was happening, but the entire room smelled of paint thinner, which made for a terrible experience. Also, a year later, the location for the morning buffet has changed. Unlike previous years, you can no longer enjoy breakfast with a view of the Chao Phraya River. Unless something changes, I won't be staying here next year.

Staying here for 4 days 3 nights! Location was closed to convenient store, pharmacy, local market and surrounded with foods shop and massage. However, bit distances from mtr station. So in and out i took grab and bolt. Since it doesnt cost much, I find the location are still good enough. Staffs were attentive, friendly and professional. Door guy always smile and greeting most of customer. Keep it up! Fitness centre and swimming pool open from 7am to 9pm, wifi was good too. I did not try the breakfast as it cost quiet expensive tho. Room were spacious, hot water and aircon working well, one thing that bit disturb me was I could hear next room were talking, so I believe the wall is pretty thin. Overall, I enjoy my stay!

The service was excellent. The front desk staff proactively offered us a twin room when they saw we were a family of three and had the beds pushed together. In the evening, when we couldn't find our way to the pier, a staff member from the swimming pool kindly walked us there. When we returned to our room at night, we found that the housekeeping staff had placed white mats under my cosmetics and other items on the vanity, arranging them very neatly. The service truly was exceptional. There are two swimming pools, and the hotel is very close to Sathorn Pier. The only downsides are that the room facilities are a bit old. The bathroom door in our room didn't close properly, so water leaked out every time we showered, and the pillows weren't very comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved it! I do want to mention a couple of minor points upfront, just so future guests have realistic expectations, but ultimately, the atmosphere and aesthetics more than make up for them. 📍 Location and Transportation The hotel isn't within walking distance of the BTS (it's a bit too far to walk under the Bangkok sun). But this isn't a problem at all! We rented a scooter and could get to the Rama 9 area in just a few minutes. There are two huge shopping malls there (The Street and Fortune), so shopping, entertainment, and food choices are absolutely no issue. 🛏 Rooms and View The rooms are simply amazing! Very chic, stylish, and incredibly cozy. It's a pleasure to be in the room; every detail has been thought out. But the VIEW deserves special admiration. I was incredibly lucky with my floor and room placement: the window offers a panoramic view of the entire city! And the view of the cool rooftop makes you feel like you're in the heart of the metropolitan action, yet still in your own quiet haven. At sunset and when the city lights up – it's simply a magical spectacle. 🌆✨ 🍷 A Life Hack for the Perfect Evening Thanks to such a view and the cozy room ambiance, we didn't spend anything on restaurant dinners. The plan was perfect: we'd go to the mall on Rama 9, grab some delicious food (or cook ourselves), buy drinks, and just spend a lovely evening in the room, enjoying the Bangkok panorama. The budget savings were huge, and the emotions and romance were priceless! 🍕🥂 Conclusion: If you value comfort, aesthetics, amazing views, and love enjoying an evening in a cozy setting rather than rushing around the streets – this hotel is definitely for you. We will definitely be back!

The location is great, right by Asok MRT and close to Terminal 21. The hotel is quite clean and the staff are friendly. However, the breakfast was a major disappointment. If you're staying here, I'd recommend skipping the breakfast option. There aren't many choices, mostly just bread, which might suit Western tastes but is definitely not ideal for Asians. 😂😂😂

The hotel’s biggest strengths are its excellent service, stylish design, and very comfortable bed. It also provides parking, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel since we were on a self-driving trip. On the downside, the surrounding area is very quiet. There are no nearby massage shops or restaurants, and even the nearest 7-Eleven is quite a long walk away. The route is also lined with closed or inactive shops, so it’s not ideal if you prefer to simply walk downstairs for food or a late-night massage. In most cases, you’ll need to take a taxi. The hotel does offer in-house dining and massage services, but the massage service does not operate as late as the shops outside, which was less convenient for us. It is also significantly more expensive. As for the facilities, the bed was definitely the highlight—very comfortable and gave us a great night’s sleep. However, the shower had very low water pressure, which was disappointing. The hairdryer and iron provided by the hotel also seemed quite old and were not very efficient. It took a long time to dry my hair, so we ended up going to a nearby hair salon to wash and dry our hair instead. Overall, the service, interior design, and cleanliness were all good. However, the location is not the most convenient if you want easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, or massage shops, and I believe some of the facilities could be upgraded to provide a better guest experience.

1. I stayed for one night because I was attending a concert at Idea Live, which is near the hotel. I was really grateful that the front desk allowed me to check in before 11 AM that day. 2. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the showerhead was quite old and didn't work very well; the water pressure was too strong, but the spray area was very small. 3. Getting to the hotel from BKK (Suvarnabhumi Airport) involved taking the Airport Rail Link for a few stops and then walking for about 15 minutes. However, that walk isn't the easiest, so it might be challenging if you have large luggage.
