Mount Gambier Hotels with Free Parking.

We stayed at a lovely unit for two nights, place looked reasonably new. This is our second time at this park, lots of new developments since last time. Looking good!

The hotel was very clean, especially the steak at the restaurant was delicious; I recommend the filet mignon 🥩. The starry sky at night was also incredibly clear. Breakfast was a bit simple, but it's very close to the Blue Lagoon.

Stayed in the Grand King Suite, room was very clean, modern Bathroom with great water pressure and heat. Great smelling shampoo and soaps etc. Smart TV with Foxtel and Mobile casting options built in. King bed was very comfortable and supportive (not two beds pushed together, actual king mattress) Location is very central. The food at the Commodore is fantastic, both Dinner and Breakfast were great tasting, quality and service. Thank you for the great stay on my stop over to Adelaide from Melbourne.

Snug single room with a lovely en-suite. Friendly staff who kept their heads despite a random power outage… missed out on happy hour though as a result!

Clean and orderly. Large room with comfortable bed. In a boiler and coffee machine. There is also a well-equipped common kitchen and necessary for breakfast (broad, eggs, bacon, marmelade...).

Room was quiet and clean. Will be staying here again for next trip to Mount Gambier

Stopped by and stayed overnight. Very close to the Blue Lake and the underground garden. The integrated air conditioner is very noisy. The price is reasonable. If you are just on the way and stay for one night, it is still a great choice. Overall, it is good.

A small partner suitable for self-driving travel

Went out with my parents and my partner to play. The location of this motel is good, very close to the Blue Lake, and there is a gas station next to it ⛽️. Of course, if you check in late, you still need to tell the front desk. The front desk will put the key in the key box.

My wife and I stayed here for just one night to take advantage of some free Vline train vouchers, so, as our host told us,, we were not typical of most travellers arriving at the motel by car. We chose this place because the price was reasonable, previous reviews were good and the location was not far from the Vline coach terminal next to the Visitor Information Centre. Our Queen room was basic but clean, comfortable and well air-conditioned. There were good supplies of cutlery, crockery and snacks, together with a microwave and a toaster. Whilst not serving meals at the motel, our host told us of a cafe nearby. He was charming to chat to and kindly looked after our baggage for us in the free hours between checkout and our coach departure. All up, a very pleasant experience.
