O atendimento da recepção foi fundamental para nossa estadia. Fizemos um up grade do quarto e descobrimos o quarto família ou conjugado, que ainda não conhecíamos. Esse up grade foi ótimo! Serviço e instalações estavam excelentes, uma vez que a arrumação dos quartos foi primordial. O café da manhã estava excelente também. Uma sugestão do café: que a salada de frutas volte a ficar concentrada em um pote único e não em várias tigelas individuais, dessa forma, a pessoa que não goste de determinada fruta não irá pegá-la se estiver num pote único e não desperdiçará esse tipo de fruta. Indico esse hotel para amigos com toda certeza!!

The WiFi in this hotel is the worst I have ever seen in the world. If you need work, don't stay in this hotel. Because the WiFi in this hotel can't even send messages, let alone be used for Internet conferences. Don't I understand that upgrading WiFi is expensive? Why not be willing to upgrade your WiFi signal

The environment is beautiful, with a gym, swimming pool, sauna, and a wide selection of breakfast options. It's conveniently located in a very quiet area. Restaurants and bars are just a few blocks away, making shopping and dining easy.

Tudo muito bom, inclusive o café da manhã. Porém esquecemos uma garrafa térmica no hall bem próximo a recepção e ao voltarmos para buscar havia sumido. A recepção informou que não viu nada.

Hotel room is a suite, room is spacious, with balcony, microwave and refrigerator, breakfast is good, the price is not expensive, live very comfortable, will consider staying next time

Maybe there were too few Chinese tourists, and the front desk staff rarely saw Ctrip orders, and they had to stand for half an hour during the check-in procedure. It's a 10-minute drive from the airport, but this hotel doesn't even have a shuttle bus. The hotel environment is relatively clean. It is in an industrial park and there are no supporting facilities nearby. I can only drink a big pot of San [Love] brand coffee for breakfast.

Excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere! The hotel staff were incredibly attentive from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning city view. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort and hospitality.

I booked a room with a couple bed, but they made two singles available and said that the blame was the operator. Equitable breakfast, quiet air conditioning, good shower and toilet, excellent Wi-Fi, bad TV as the only open TV channel that picked up the band, a few channels by cable.

The room was very weak, and the control was without the back cap and the batteries were falling all the time, out of that the service and the environment are excellent.
