The TV was off after 15 minutes on the screen and had ”reflections”. The shower water was not warm in the morning of check out. The refrigerator doesn't freeze much, but it's better than nothing. By taking these disadvantages, the rest is good. The breakfast is tasteful but needs attention in repos after 8:30. The bed is excellent with a very comfortable bed. The room is very large. The cleaning is well done. The staff are very educated and sought. The hotel is well located, and has supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, snacks and all kinds of shopping in the surrounding area. In general, it has more positive than negative points.

The service offered by Ibis in its entire network is always excellent. Ibis Cascavel was not different. Clean environment, careful staff and a great breakfast. A detail for improving the Trip.com and the service in general would make it clear to the ”contracted” hotel that the reservation had already been paid in advance.
