VVictor Sovierzoski Vichegamos no hotel para fazer check in e o hotel informou que o cartao tinha sido recusado e nao havia cobrança a reserva. mostrei a minha fatura do cartao com o debito e mesmo assim queriam cobrar novamente. achei um absurdo isso. tive que entrar em contato com a trip.com para resolver o problema que era pra eles resolverem. no final acou dando tudo certo.

GGuest UserThe style of the chain store is the same as the Hilton Garden Inn in other countries. The environment is also good, but the English of the lady at the front desk is not very good. The overall feeling is also OK. Recommended.
