The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, the high standard of hygiene and the great service really stood out.

MMISAKI MATSUOI didn't have a car, so I walked from the bus stop for about 20 minutes. Other than the location, I am very satisfied. I especially liked the breakfast, and enjoyed handmade waffles, muffins, and omelets. All the staff were friendly and the hotel was very comfortable.

SSusanI had to book this room at the last minute late at night after a cancelled flight then had to zip back to the airport in the morning so I didnt have time to enjoy the ammenities but it looked awesome. Fireplace, spa bathtub, and balcony with a view. Just lovely. The front desk staff at both checkin and checkout were both so kind and helpful.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a beautiful scenery and has convenient parking for self-driving tours. The hotel front desk enthusiastically introduced nearby attractions and provided maps with clear instructions. The hotel restaurant provides delicious food with generous portions. It only takes 3 minutes to drive to the nearby city center. There are large supermarkets, McDonald's and Japanese and Korean restaurants. It is very convenient.

CCVVANThe hotel has a parking lot and there is a bus stop not far from the hotel. Self-check-in is very convenient, the interior is clean and well-equipped, not only can cook, but also laundry and drying function.

JJennyHSeveral of us tennis enthusiasts stayed at the hotel for two nights to experience the best indoor clay tennis court in BC. The hotel environment is great, surrounded by golf courses, and there are hiking trails around. The hotel lobby provides free coffee and small desserts, which are very delicious! Have a pleasant trip!

GGuest UserThe cleanness of the room was excellent. The room had a musty smell had to go out and purchase an air freshener to help absorb the smell. I asked if they had bbq was told yes. So we went out bought a steak only to find out it is a charcoal bbq and you had to supply your own. So it was a big disappointment and put a damper on our stay. The hotel is not close to city so heading out again was not an option.
If you want cleanliness it was 100%

BBeimeitanxianjiaThe room is OK, but it is relatively simple, there is no hot water bottle, there is the simplest coffee machine, it is surprising that even bottled water is not provided. The Indian brother at the front desk was very slow to check in. After asking for various messages to enter the computer, he finally gave me a form to let me fill in the information just now. This check-in efficiency was indeed the first time I met in Canada. It is the off-season, there are a lot of vacancies, and I arranged a room close to the elevator. I said if I could change it. He said that he would add money to upgrade, and he was completely speechless. In short, the feeling is very general, not recommended.
