GGuest UserA very special small hotel, the service staff is very warm, parking is convenient, that is, the girls with large luggage should pay attention to the luggage upstairs, because there is no elevator. The breakfast bread is very delicious, about 100 meters from the lake, very suitable for leisure travel.

AA TrefzgerPerfect location, lovely room and very clean. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the dining area was bright and pleasant. I had asked for a desk and ended up with a corner room , a lovely view of the harbour and a spacious kitchenette. The staff were always friendly, and helpful when I needed to go to a pharmacy.

AAmy Lok LokThis hotel is very positive, classical and clean. There is food basic nearby, buy a wild first class before returning to the hotel. My friend likes it very much.
The male manager of the hotel was very nice and polite. My friend asked for 2 cups of hot water, no hand to open the door, the manager helped them get hot water into the room, good people.

GGuest UserThe room is very large, the hotel booked by the customer is not cheap, breakfast is not included, the price is not cheap, the price doubled on Friday and Saturday, and there are not many people staying. The price is not high. I am not sure when to check out on the last day. When I go back at night, I received two nights' room rate. Said that I didn't tell them to continue to live, I couldn't understand this logic at all, the experience was not good, the invoice asked them to send the mailbox, every time they had to remind, when they checked out, they specifically said to confirm the mailbox, or made a mistake.

JJamesThe hotel is a bit outside downtown but still convenient. My room was clean and spacious, though the bed was softer than I prefer, and housekeeping didn’t refill the toilet paper or tissues.
The real disappointment was the on-site restaurant, Cannery Kitchen. Service was far below what I expect from Hilton — long waits as we had to wait for our server to come, and a very limited selection. I was looking forward to eggs benedict after reading other reviews, but with the included breakfast, it was buffet only. Dirty dishes stacked on my table, and I even had to refill my own coffee.
Overall, the hotel itself was good and I’d stay again, but the restaurant was a major letdown for a Hilton property.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was in a convinient location nearby the highway and places to eat. The checkin desk is shared with the Quality Inn which was confusing at first. The checkin however was quick and smooth and they explained my room would be in the Comfort Suites building and showed on a map where the best section to park would be. The parking was $6.50 per night. My room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed.
The breakfast was average and included eggs, sausage, pancakes, bread, waffles cereal, coffee tea and juice. It was very crowded as the seating area is not that arge so I took my food back to my room. They also could have prepared more as the trays were often empty and you needed to wait for them to make another batch.

AAlicia York-BirdThis is a bog-standard, average, meh kind of hotel. It's been renovated in the last few years, but already the cracks are beginning to show.
The rooms are small but clean, and the sheets were clean and white; no shade to the likely heavily overworked cleaning staff!
However, there was obviously a very tight budget, and some of the ”little touches” that make an average hotel into a great one are missing, such as shower curtain rods that are pulling out of the wall (photo#3), areas where water damage hasn't been addressed, and rusty metal in areas.
The free breakfast is fairly basic, but the area was clean and other than the breakfast attendant not clearing off tables efficiently (probably also overworked), it was ok enough. Second day we just went out for breakfast.
The fitness centre was miniscule in comparison to the pool, with three machines and some medicine balls, plus one gym mat (by the way the pool is not listed as a hotel amenity, please fix this in trip.com!) But it was clean, and while there was some water damage in the ceiling (see photo #1), the room seemed fine otherwise. Lots of rust on the ceiling girders in the pool area (photo#2).
Overall, if you can afford better than here, I'd recommend going elsewhere. But if you're on a tight budget, and you don't mind the ”motel” vibe, it's good enough.
Will not be booking here again.

GGuest UserVery satisfied with the hotel overall. 1. The reception is warm and friendly. 2. The hotel interior and toilet facilities have been recently renovated. 3. The free breakfast is very rich, and the waiter guides and answers questions next to it. In short, I feel very good!
