GGuest User• **Prime Location:** Just 4 km (a 10-minute drive) from Vancouver Airport, with a complimentary shuttle bus service. A 5-minute walk to the SkyTrain station, offering direct 20-minute access to downtown.
• **Excellent Soundproofing:** Despite being close to the airport and highway, the rooms are remarkably quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
• **Comfortable Bedding:** Features the highly acclaimed Westin Heavenly Bed, with spacious and bright rooms.
• **Warm Service:** The front desk staff are professional and friendly, offering Chinese-language service and proactively providing shuttle information, umbrellas, and earplugs.
• **Convenient for Chinese Travelers:** Located in Richmond's vibrant Chinese district, surrounded by numerous Chinese restaurants and supermarkets.
This hotel is a top choice for layovers and early morning flights, and great value for money. It's also ideal for travelers who prefer to stay in a Chinese-speaking area for easy access to Chinese cuisine. While not a luxury property, its location, service, and comfort are outstanding, making it one of the most recommended hotels in the Vancouver Airport area.
GGuest UserThis hotel is truly excellent! The location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere. The breakfast is especially great for kids – even though it's mostly 'Western food,' my child loved it. Plus, there are two large Asian supermarkets nearby, which is a huge bonus! Seriously good, I highly recommend it.
GGuest UserStayed for one night as we have an early flight to catch. The free shuttle to and fro airport was the key reason for booking this hotel. Overall a pleasant stay, with a good touch of providing a duckie which you can take with you as a lovely gift of having stayed there.
AAnonymous UserThe building itself is old but the room is tidy, but has no toiletry supply at all so remember to BYO (not even slippers). I was carrying 3 big luggage and a young kid, but no one helped me with the luggage when I checked in, in fact there is only 1 staff at the lobby/concierge which probably explains it. No one had a smile on their face, from front desk to breakfast lounge, the only one who has a more friendly attitude is the chef in the breakfast lounge, but to be fair, no one was rude, just that you can’t say they welcome you to the hotel. So, no, I won’t recommend this place nor I will stay here again. You can probably get better service/facilities with Airbnb.
FFenhongsexiaohongThis hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the MRT station, making it convenient to get anywhere. They offer a buffet breakfast and have staff who speak Chinese. The hotel also provides an airport shuttle service. Remember to go to Gate 5 on the 3rd-floor departure level at the airport to wait for the shuttle; it will have the Hilton logo. It's best to call the hotel from the airport to book it.
LLina QTWe were celebrating a couple of birthdays among friends and were so happy that the hotel had shuttle service from the airport. My friends’ flights were cancelled a couple of times the night before so we were not able to meet in Seattle as planned, so we met at the hotel. Fiona, on staff at Sheraton, kindly received us and assisted us with getting lounge access and breakfast for all so we can relax after being up all night due to flight cancellations. Unfortunately, the following night the hotel suffered a power outage from evening through the next morning causing temperature in the room to vary and hot showers not possible. It could have been seen as a really bad start to the trip but fortunately Fiona came through getting a portion of the night refunded, some hotel points, Starbucks drinks and pastries and late checkout. Fiona was very understanding and accommodating allowing us to continue our trip enjoying it together.
AAnonymous UserThe room had a fridge and a microwave, which was super convenient! It was clean and tidy, and the little park behind the hotel was nice and quiet. I managed to catch the last shuttle bus, arriving at the hotel at midnight. Breakfast included fruit. I stayed for 6 days in total, and it was definitely the best value for money among the hotels in the area! Plus, there were USB charging ports!
AAndrew WorkFriendly staff and quick airport pickup. I forgot something in my room and the housekeeping and then the front desk team were on it. Should receive the item in the next couple of hours. I was alerted by email with an easy link to pay for delivery and put my address in. Quite slick and I'm impressed. Good job Days Inn!
林林永秀I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful throughout my visit. The restaurant attached to the hotel offers good food and attentive service, though the prices are on the higher side. Overall, it was a comfortable experience with friendly and professional staff.
GGuest UserThe location in proximity to the airport is terrific, however they do not have a shuttle as advertised. It was an $18 Uber ride to the airport from the hotel.
The bed had 2 very thin pillows on the king sized bed and they did not have any extras available at all when we asked for more. The bathroom had mold growing in the shower, the fridge made a loud buzzing noise the entire night, the lights in the room flickered badly (so we kept them turned off) and the cable television is extremely ”snowy” it is nowhere near the minimal HD expectations of today's generation.
On the positive side, they do offer a bagged breakfast (an apple, juice box, a small muffin, Nutrigrain bar and water bottle) that you can request at the front desk in the morning it was a nice touch. The room was large and had a small coffee maker and mini fridge in it.
Don't do what I did though and leave the water bottle in your carry on through the security scan it gets a personal secondary manual search and then tossed.
