Anonymous UserStaff were very pleasant and kind, and overall it was a very clean hotel. The price for the location alone was completely worth it as the departures were literally just downstairs from the hotel check-in desk making it super convenient for early morning flights, and the Skytrain was just a short walk away making it very easy to get around to sightsee during our layover. Also loved the view from our room to see the airplanes taxiing and landing!

Guest UserThe hotel room wasn't very spacious, but its proximity to the airport was a huge plus. It's just a ten-minute drive away. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, but make sure to book in advance, as it can get fully booked. There are also many restaurants nearby, making the location excellent. With the SkyTrain and various bus routes close by, it's a very convenient hotel. They offer breakfast; although the selection isn't huge, it's enough to fill you up, and there's free-flowing coffee and hot chocolate, which is a nice touch. The rooms also come with a microwave, so you can bring food back to eat. Overall, it's a good hotel.

Guest UserThis hotel deserves full marks! My flight landed very late, but I still managed to catch the last shuttle. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the room was clean. The twin beds, at 1.5 meters each, are perfect for families with kids. There's hot and cold water as well as coffee available at reception, and a McDonald's nearby for breakfast. If you want to visit the airport outlet mall, you can take the shuttle back to the airport and then the SkyTrain (free tickets!) directly there. It's incredibly convenient!

Guest UserWe stayed one night in the Icon room. The room was spacious although it was not the largest in the hotel. Modern decor and furniture placement were very special. My bathroom only had a shower but it was spacious with overhead showerhead. We caught the complimentary shuttle from the hotel and the driver was friendly. We did not had breakfast.
The price was very high for the night I was staying. The surroundings are mainly parking lots and some industrial areas though.

FenhongsexiaohongThis hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the MRT station, making it convenient to get anywhere. They offer a buffet breakfast and have staff who speak Chinese. The hotel also provides an airport shuttle service. Remember to go to Gate 5 on the 3rd-floor departure level at the airport to wait for the shuttle; it will have the Hilton logo. It's best to call the hotel from the airport to book it.

Very short stay, but everything was friendly. Hotel's room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They also offer a free airport shuttle service. You can book a shuttle by email before arriving at the airport, or contact the hotel using the toll-free number in the airport shuttle area after arriving at Vancouver International Airport.
The only drawback is the desk and bedside tables in the room. The tops are attached to the legs by four bolts. These protruding bolts leave insufficient flat surface for books, laptops, or backpacks. I suggest the hotel replace these impractical desks and bedside tables.
Besides, the hotel is in a great location. It's within walking distance to the SkyTrain station and there are many restaurants nearby. Especially, the food court at ”Richmond Centre” which is nearby this hotel primarily serves Asian cuisine, so you won't feel homesick.

Guest UserThis was my second stay here. The two-bedroom unit is in an executive apartment building. Two-bedroom hotels are quite rare in Richmond, but the air conditioning in the room this time was incredibly noisy. When I brought it up to the front desk, they said they were aware of the issue but couldn't move me as they were fully booked. Overall, the facilities are also quite old. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Guest UserGood stay, excellent location for food lovers
We had a decent stay at the Days Inn in Richmond. The location is excellent, with plenty of fantastic Asian restaurants nearby. Our room was clean, and having free parking on-site was a huge plus for the Vancouver area. The only downside was the breakfast—the options are quite limited and vary depending on the day. Overall, it’s a solid, convenient place to stay and covers all the basics well.

Anonymous UserThe room had a fridge and a microwave, which was super convenient! It was clean and tidy, and the little park behind the hotel was nice and quiet. I managed to catch the last shuttle bus, arriving at the hotel at midnight. Breakfast included fruit. I stayed for 6 days in total, and it was definitely the best value for money among the hotels in the area! Plus, there were USB charging ports!

AnfernoAs A Canadian living abroad, I'm used to traveling in mostly Asian locations. So this was my first Canadian hotel in probably 20 years.
The good:
Close to the airport. Pool open 7am-11pm. Quiet at night. Comfy bed.
The bad:
No water for drinking. Few amenities in the bathroom (bar of soap, shampoo). Pretty old. Not cleaned under the bed (bits of packaging here and there). TV is in a weird aspect ratio, and not many channels on offer, or a guide as to what is available or how to work it.
The ugly:
250cdn/night, booked months in advance. Worth 50 IMHO.
