Amazing
XXiaoyoujingxinBack in Canada, and this place just screams Canada! So much greenery everywhere, beautiful sprawling lawns, and such a peaceful neighborhood. Every house has a stunning garden, truly capturing the Canadian charm. It's a wonderfully quiet community, I really love it! The host, a lovely lady, keeps the home so clean and cozy. Every little detail shows her thoughtfulness and warmth. Thumbs up!

GGuest UserThe idea of viewing the tarmac at a hotel room is fascinating! The room (Deluxe King) is very spacious, beautiful and clean.
I don't find the room noisy despite the location.
I had my cat with me and cat litter, litter box and bowls were provided and prepared in advance.
I love the brand and scent of the toiletries provided, le labo Rose 31.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and quiet, and even though there were a lot of guests, breakfast was Western-style with bread, fresh milk, fresh yogurt, bananas, apples, sausages, boiled eggs, and mashed potatoes. If you're not used to it, bringing some pickled mustard stems as a side dish will do, as there aren't any vegetables, but an apple works. Hot water, disposable cups, coffee, and tea bags are available 24/7 next to the bar. The staff were very welcoming. Luggage storage and airport transfers are both free. There's a shuttle service every half hour for airport transfers; just call the front desk when you arrive, and the car will depart. The driver was very helpful and actively assisted with carrying our luggage.

GGuest UserThis hotel is conveniently located near the airport and is within walking distance. They also offer a shuttle service. You can easily reach the city center by public transport. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Plus, the rooms come equipped with a microwave and coffee maker, making it a great choice for travelers catching a flight or on a layover.

AAnonymous UserThe building itself is old but the room is tidy, but has no toiletry supply at all so remember to BYO (not even slippers). I was carrying 3 big luggage and a young kid, but no one helped me with the luggage when I checked in, in fact there is only 1 staff at the lobby/concierge which probably explains it. No one had a smile on their face, from front desk to breakfast lounge, the only one who has a more friendly attitude is the chef in the breakfast lounge, but to be fair, no one was rude, just that you can’t say they welcome you to the hotel. So, no, I won’t recommend this place nor I will stay here again. You can probably get better service/facilities with Airbnb.

GGuest UserVery short stay, but everything was friendly. Hotel's room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They also offer a free airport shuttle service. You can book a shuttle by email before arriving at the airport, or contact the hotel using the toll-free number in the airport shuttle area after arriving at Vancouver International Airport.
The only drawback is the desk and bedside tables in the room. The tops are attached to the legs by four bolts. These protruding bolts leave insufficient flat surface for books, laptops, or backpacks. I suggest the hotel replace these impractical desks and bedside tables.
Besides, the hotel is in a great location. It's within walking distance to the SkyTrain station and there are many restaurants nearby. Especially, the food court at ”Richmond Centre” which is nearby this hotel primarily serves Asian cuisine, so you won't feel homesick.

GGuest UserThis was my second stay here. The two-bedroom unit is in an executive apartment building. Two-bedroom hotels are quite rare in Richmond, but the air conditioning in the room this time was incredibly noisy. When I brought it up to the front desk, they said they were aware of the issue but couldn't move me as they were fully booked. Overall, the facilities are also quite old. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

XXiaoyoujingxinPretty good! The location is unbeatable. Downstairs is Fong Tai Supermarket, and Costco isn't far away! Most importantly, it's close to Qiaozhen, which is a bus and subway hub! Choosing this place right after getting off the plane is definitely worth it.

GGuest UserThe location in proximity to the airport is terrific, however they do not have a shuttle as advertised. It was an $18 Uber ride to the airport from the hotel.
The bed had 2 very thin pillows on the king sized bed and they did not have any extras available at all when we asked for more. The bathroom had mold growing in the shower, the fridge made a loud buzzing noise the entire night, the lights in the room flickered badly (so we kept them turned off) and the cable television is extremely ”snowy” it is nowhere near the minimal HD expectations of today's generation.
On the positive side, they do offer a bagged breakfast (an apple, juice box, a small muffin, Nutrigrain bar and water bottle) that you can request at the front desk in the morning it was a nice touch. The room was large and had a small coffee maker and mini fridge in it.
Don't do what I did though and leave the water bottle in your carry on through the security scan it gets a personal secondary manual search and then tossed.
