"The location was good, but the hotel itself was a mix of conflicting feelings. We had a room with a terrace, but everything was quite old, giving the impression that the resort didn't take much care with the facilities. Regarding the temperature, they should warn you that you have to set it to 5 degrees Celsius, otherwise the thermostat is practically useless. The staff were very good, but the facilities leave much to be desired."

"The staff were very kind and upgraded us to a larger room than usual. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and had strong water pressure. The bedroom had air conditioning even though it was winter. The bed was soft and very comfortable, and there was plenty of space to organize our belongings. The breakfast was acceptable; although it was not very varied, it was sufficient for what we needed for breakfast"

"I liked everything; it was clean and quiet.

Al llegar nos dieron una habitación para personas con movilidad reducida.el hotel estaba completo y no hubo posibilidad de cambio. No nos resultó cómoda porque el baño se mojaba todo, no tenía soporte para duchador lo que no resultaba práctico al momento del bañado. y no tenía placard ni ningún espacio de guardado solo un barral movible sin perchas lo que lo hacía inutilizable.

Decent stay with a walking distance to old town Valencia. There is a good Korean BBQ and Chinese hotpot across the train tracks. Hotel reception is not 24 hours, so make sure you text them if you are arriving outside the operating hours. Room comes with kitchen amenities but no water provided.

Guest UserThe hotel is perfectly located, just a 10 minutes walk from the railway station. A metro station is a 3-minutes walk away. The hotel is small, but very clean and new (of 2017, if I'm not mistaken). My room's window faced the interior yard, so you will sleep at night quietly. A humble but decent breakfast is served in the morning (round eggs, jamon, cheese, cereals, fresh fruits/berries, bread & fresh bakery, tea/coffee). A remarkable feature is the 24-hour tea/coffee service available for free at the first floor -- very much appreciated indeed. If you are a fan of asian food, you will find lots of chinese restaurants around. Internet works pretty well (no problem with watching YouTube videos); it may disconnect once or two, but it did not bother any much -- just reconnect, and voila. The staff is very kind and extremely friendly, they speak at least English, Spanish, Ukranian and Russian. Overall, highly recommended for a single trip or for a pair visit if you do not want to pay for a large hotel.

alisazhirnovaThe hotel is new and clean. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. It takes 20 min to get ot the old city center by walk. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the room. The only issue was the minibar containing a beer bottle refilled with water left by previous guests and empty complimentary water bottles at the check in and after the housekeepers visit. And the smart tv doesn’t connect to the phone (the code given is no longer valid) nor opens YouTube, so we could only watch Spanish television.

Pros: Spacious, good service, breakfast is in the bar downstairs; limited selection but good taste, half buffet, hot dishes à la carte. Also, a great place to dry clothes! Cons: The entrance is too small, and the name is slightly different from the one on Ctrip, so I almost couldn't find it on my two trips; I only found it after reading reviews saying it was near the bar. Also, there was no housekeeping during my two-night stay. Otherwise, it was pretty good overall.

Albert CKThe first impression is the size of the twin room…. Is huge …. Is do spacious that we can do some exercises inside the room. Breakfast is extensive with plenty of choices. It is also about 10 minutes walk to the nearby great architecture by Calatrava , Science museum Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias , Palau de Les Arts Reina Sofía and do on. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants opposite and around the hotel, it’s very accessible to many places, will definitely come back again in our next visit to Valencia.
The only minor thing we noticed is that the furniture inside the room are cheaply made with fake drawers, but the beds are real comfy.

Way66This was my second stay here, and the hotel's location is absolutely perfect. Right outside, you'll find a huge shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. It's super easy with kids, as you don't have to go far. The ArtScience Museum is just across the street, making it a breeze to visit the attractions. The room was much more spacious than I expected, spotlessly clean, and the facilities were both high-end and comprehensive. There was plenty of space for the kids to move around without feeling cramped. The breakfast was extensive, with bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, and even Spanish ham – something for everyone, both adults and children. The front desk service was also very warm and welcoming. I'll probably choose to stay here again next time.

Guest UserThis property is a cross between a hotel and apartment complex. The rooms are average size with some kitchen facilities which were useful; they have a nice balcony. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was expensive at EUR16.50 per person so we didn't try it. There are supermarkets nearby to get good stuff for breakfast. Room cleaning costs an extra EUR15 per day if you want it (free very 5 days). For a property with over 400 rooms, studios and apartments (potentially 800 - 1000 people in peak season) the pool area is very small. The pool is around 12m by 6m and on sunny days every sunbed and deckchair were full for every minute. If your looking for a sunbed poolside stay this is not the place. With the space and number of rooms they have they have they should build another pool. Location is good with the beach and metro about 10 minutes walk away. There are many restaurants which get more expensive the closer you get to the beach.

Great experience, check in experience was smooth and hotel was very clean. Location was perfect as its only 5 minutes of walking distance from the nearest metro, tram and bus station. Would definitely stay here again!
