Great
MMartinWe love going to this hotel. The location, service, cleanliness are top notch. Every time we visit, the experience is flawless. The hotel is new and beautiful.
The only thing I could say is missing is that in the room we cannot cast a movie or video to the screen. The mirror function is disabled despite the fact that the TV is smart. Not major but it is convenient to be able to project something like a hockey game via our cell phone.
GGuest UserThe facilities of the hotel are hard to describe. We stayed for 6 days. False fire alarms, power outages, and network outages... If I had to choose, I would definitely not consider it, but my husband thinks the kitchen is not bad. The slide is also not suitable for young babies. Our baby has played twice before the lifeguard said he can't play. It's a pity for the baby. There are many varieties of breakfast, and there are too many people after 9 o'clock. There may be situations where some meals are out of stock and it is too late to make up. Forget the rest, the disconnection of the Internet cannot be tolerated. The room service is very good, I come to ask what I need every day.
LLeanneHotel was very nice and clean. Pool and hot tub were also very well maintained. First day for breakfast was decent and server was nice but on the second morning item spots changed and when you asked the server on that day this one wasn’t very friendly and it seemed like an inconvenience to ask for anything. Everything else about this hotel was great and we would book again
GGuest UserGood hotel for a night's rest. Nothing really stands out - the breakfast was standard, the room was okay, the location was acceptable. It was just your typical hotel, but clean enough that I would stay here again.
Iislander4068The breakfast menu could have been better. No sausages for breakfast. The beds were not made for the days we were out of the motel. Only towels were changed each day.
GGuest UserThe bathtub was not properly cleaned. There was a bit of grime on the front lower edge far side of the taps. Something was wrong with the volume on the tv. We turned it down as low as possible and it was still so loud we had to watch it on mute. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.
MMimiI got bed bugs bite after the stay. It’s unfortunate but I feel like during my business travels, unless I am booking premium higher end hotels where it is at least $130-$150+ per night, there is about 20-30% chance that I wake up with bites.. i can never see them and everything always appears ok but you find out after the fact, a day or two later. My biggest question to hotels are do you guys wash ALL bed sheets, fitted sheets, pillow cases, blankets, covers etc after every single stay? I can probably bet my next paycheque that I wouldnt be surprised if that’s not the case with most lower end hotels and it’s quite alarming…
GGuest User4/5. Location was a little further out from city centre, would definitely need a car but the service was fantastic and welcoming. The trainee at front desk was great and very greeting. Rooms were clean, everything works. Would recommend.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit old, but it's still okay compared to the price! After all, it's the best deal in Sudbury on Ctrip! The bed is a bit soft, and it's smooth to check in and out! The bath water is great! It's very close to Laurentian University, and there is a park with beautiful scenery! It's not far to walk!
