This is my second time staying at this hotel. My first stay was so good, I chose it again this time. First, the room was incredibly large. Secondly, the service was fantastic. When checking in, I asked if there were any electric car chargers. The manager said no, but they could help us charge elsewhere. I was so surprised by the excellent service! Since we had children with us, we asked if breakfast could be delivered to the room. The front desk lady agreed, and it arrived right on time at 9:00 AM. I'm so grateful! I absolutely must choose this hotel! The service, the environment, and the food are all top-notch!

From the hustle and bustle of the city to the tranquil border, this hotel gave us a huge surprise. Location: Although it is located at the border, the traffic is very convenient. It is very close to the port/main street. The surrounding life is strong and you can experience the authentic customs. Hotel service: The staff at the front desk smiled very kindly, saw us with luggage and took the initiative to help. When checking in, we also reminded us of the weather and precautions at the border, which was very intimate. Room experience: The room is bigger than expected and cleaned spotlessly. The mattress is moderately firm and eliminates the fatigue of our day's journey. The hot water is sufficient, the water pressure is also large, and a hot bath is especially relieved. Outside the window is the mountain view/street view, and it feels particularly comfortable to wake up in the morning. Overall feeling: It may not have five-star luxury, but you can feel the intentions of operation everywhere. For the rest point on the trip, clean, comfortable and warm, that is enough. The room is large, the price is very high, there is breakfast, maybe because of the new opening, the room temperature is very high, the taste is very heavy! The air conditioning outside is not effective, the window is ventilated for a long time, the family can not sleep and open the window to fall asleep, the family is awakened by the smell of coughing at five in the morning, because the air conditioning effect is not good. The night before, I called the front desk and said that someone came to see and no one came to the door.

The hotel is located in the center of Alashankou. It is very convenient to travel. There are many restaurants nearby. This time we mainly went to Alashankou Port and Alashankou Free Trade Zone. The room is large in size, and there is a living room where you can drink tea and chat. Because the train leaves at around 8pm, I extended the room for half a day and checked out to the train station at 6pm. The hotel staff and security are nice and very welcoming. The hotel breakfast is also good.
