The service was excellent and the staff were very patient. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the rooms were fully equipped. It's not far from the train station, there's a Kaiyuan Shopping Mall right in front, and a park behind the hotel. There's a free laundry room and parking available. The price was also reasonable. We are touring cyclists from England, and don’t speak Mandarin. The staff were so kind and welcoming, with special thanks to the lady boss at reception who kindly allowed us to store our bicycles inside and was very gracious from check-in to check-out. All the staff are very enthusiastic~ If you have any questions, feel free to contact and respond very quickly! All the supplies in the hotel are disposable and are given away. You can take them away when you leave. The meals are also diverse and delicious. There are some salty and light tastes that need to be informed in advance! Another is the hope that needs improvement. The marinade of the hot pot can be changed frequently. The chicken is too humid. The sauce has some not crispy and affects the quality and taste... This overall experience is still very good. The holiday is very suitable and very comfortable.

Service: From the moment we walked in, a greeter helped us with our luggage and guided us through check-in, even offering plum juice – a fantastic first impression. We could also request staff to disinfect our private hot spring tub, which was done very quickly. At the public hot springs, staff would bring fruit plates and other amenities, so the service was quite good. Facilities: Both the private and public hot spring facilities were good. The kids' play area, arcade, and cinema were also nice, catering to all ages. The only minor issue was that the shower water pressure in the fifth-floor room was a bit low. Restaurant: The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of dishes and pastries. The Qishan Saozi noodles were particularly authentic and delicious. There was also a chocolate fountain, which the kids loved. Overall experience was quite good, and my kids were very happy – they even enthusiastically wrote a five-star review!

The room was spotless, and the balcony had a good-sized hot tub. It was too hot to go out, so this place was perfect for a family vacation with kids – lots of activities without needing to leave the hotel. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast ran until 10:30 AM, and for lunch, they brought out various noodles; I had three bowls of Saorou noodles in one day! We booked one dinner, and you could tell the kitchen put a lot of effort in. With more than two types of curry, I couldn't resist and ate three bowls of rice, completely forgetting about the seafood! Our butler, Xiao Zhao, provided great service. She also took care of all sorts of small animals. If it hadn't been so hot, I don't think the kids would have wanted to go home – the lambs were adorable!

The price was very reasonable. I came here for an exam, and the room was very quiet. There are many places to eat nearby, which is very convenient. I also liked the mattress; it didn't cause back pain. The air conditioning was also very strong. It was a great experience. The nearby food street has a wide variety of options. Friends staying here should definitely give it a try.

This time I took my parents and a family of three to stay in this parent-child suite. The overall stay experience was particularly comfortable and must be given a five-star praise. The area of the room is very spacious, the activity space is sufficient, the layout of the house is reasonable, the rest area and the meeting area are clearly divided, and the elders will not appear cramped when walking around. The whole house is cleaned very meticulously, and there are no stains and dust on the ground and the corners of the bathroom. The bedding is dry and fluffy, there is no damp and stuffy smell, and the comfort of sleeping is very high. The store's service is warm and intimate, but whenever we put forward various needs, the boss will help to properly deal with them as soon as possible, and treat people modestly and thoughtfully. The room has complete supporting facilities, the soft decoration is warm and elegant, and the bathroom is very convenient for dry and wet separation. The parents are very satisfied with the overall stay. If they come to Taibai Mountain in the future, they will still choose Qixi Hotel to stay. It should be an old hotel with relatively complete facilities. Compared with the newly opened hotels, it is not smart enough. I have to complain that the toilet and wash are designed together. It is awkward to use the toilet and wash your face together. The smell is not good. Moreover, the toilet door is not closed carefully. (Sliding door) If it is not closed properly, the door will open by itself. There is a dressing mirror opposite the toilet, and you will live broadcast while using the toilet. But compared with the price of 524 during the May Day holiday, the cost performance is not very high. The price on Gaode map is more than 460. The difference between the two platforms is more than 60 yuan, which is quite outrageous.

FYI, this hotel is not the Radisson, it’s called Landison, hope this gets updated on Trip. The hotel is quite large, the foyer is fancy with many statues and ornaments. The room is a good size, clean and comfortable. Staff left a small bowl of fruit, nice gesture. I personally didn’t like the reddish stained floor which matches the furniture, but it’s typical of local style. The hot springs are lovely, and not super busy, fruit and savoury snacks provided in the chill out area. The pool is suitable for both kids and adults as it has lots of stream jets. Breakfast was standard. Hotel staff were pleasant and a couple can communicate in basic English. Lots of restaurants around hotel. Overall a lovely and relaxing one night stay.

Wow! This hotel is absolutely beautiful. As soon as I arrived, I felt like I was in a natural oxygen bar; the air was so fresh and refreshing. Upon entering the lobby, the front desk staff warmly asked about our needs and preferences, and a kind porter helped us with our luggage to the room. The guest room was spacious and bright, with excellent natural light, well-equipped facilities, and was spotlessly clean. I was very satisfied. [Strong] The hot spring was also very clean, and the service was excellent. They even filled the bath right in front of us, which made me feel even more at ease. It was a very satisfying stay, and I'll definitely be back!
