The day before yesterday, Xiao Zhang's service was very intimate, the room hygiene was particularly in place, the bathroom did not have a smell, and even the mouthwash cup was polished brightly. There are not many types of breakfast, but the taste is very homely, the porridge is thick and comfortable to eat. The price is absolutely perfect, recommended to friends who plan to travel.

CCOSTA_TSNThe pillows weren't very comfortable, and the room was extremely cold without the air conditioning on. The air conditioning blew very strong air, making the room very dry; I suggest adjusting the main unit. There was a lot of dust on the clothes rack, windowsill, and display table, likely due to the dark furniture making the dust appear more noticeable. Perhaps changing the cleaning cloths would be helpful, as cleanliness is important. There's an underground parking garage, and it's located in a relatively central location. The service was good, the front desk staff were very polite, and parking was free with a parking voucher. The soundproofing was quite good, making it relatively quiet. Overall, it's not bad, but slightly inferior to other brands in other cities. The price is mid-to-high range for the local area, so I suggest improving the value for money.

另外，這家酒店允許帶寵物入住，這對於像我一樣帶着寵物出門的旅客來説簡直太貼心了。現在帶着寵物出門旅遊或者出差，找住宿可不容易，很多酒店要麼不允許帶寵物，要麼會收取高額的寵物附加費。這家酒店不僅接納寵物入住，而且在我們帶着寵物辦理入住手續時，工作人員也沒有表現出不耐煩或者嫌棄的態度，這點讓我感覺很温暖，非常感謝他們對寵物的包容。

ZZhuhuayuThe hotel is not far from the pedestrian street. Parking is available in the small courtyard behind the hotel, but there are not many parking spaces. We can park four cars. We are parked in front of the hotel doorstep. It does not affect the road vehicle traffic. The reception lady said that you can stop without fines. The lady is very warm and friendly. There are three cute kittens in the reception hall. It is very convenient to have an elevator upstairs. The room is hygienic. We have brought a pet puppy. We are very friendly to pets and do not charge pet management fees. This is great!

GGuest UserThe room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.
