GGuest UserCleanliness: The room was very clean.
Environment: Better than expected, with a warm, Instagram-esque decor. The room has a rooftop terrace, which was very comfortable. It's only a 20-30 minute e-bike ride from the southern and northern tourist attractions.
Service: The owner was very attentive and personally picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel.
Amenities: Plenty of hot water, effective air conditioning, and the room comes with disposable bath towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and face towels.
A great stay! Highly recommended! 😁

GGuest UserTraveling by car, there's an underground parking garage, and the hotel service is excellent; the butler was incredibly responsive to all our requests. The hotel has a limited number of rooms, so it's very quiet. It's also close to Sanfang Qixiang. They offer afternoon tea and a sweet soup before bed. Most of the first-floor king rooms have a lovely little courtyard. The second-floor twin rooms have balconies. The only downside was the central heating; it was so hot at night that I couldn't sleep. Even opening the window didn't help, so the butler brought a circulating fan that we kept on all night.

GGuest UserThe room was absolutely stunning! The moment I opened the door, I knew the ocean view was worth every penny. You can definitely get some amazing photos right from your room. It's clear the owner has a great eye for design. The amenities in the room were also very comprehensive – even a Dyson hairdryer and facial tissues in the bathroom, which shows real attention to detail. We drove here, and parking was super convenient and free. The butler's service attitude was excellent too. And breakfast was quite tasty. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Pingtan!

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite close to Dongjiekou subway station and within walking distance of Sanfang Qixiang. It's only a four to five-minute walk to Jihai. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and they have a laundry room and a treadmill, which is great. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Fuzhou!

PPiaoyi-888The room was small but exquisitely designed. The outdoor hot spring area and pools were incredibly photogenic! The water jets also created a fantastic 'wave' effect. My only suggestion is that the outdoor lights at night need to stay on for several times longer than they currently do; that definitely needs adjusting! The hotel restaurant's food was also excellent. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards. It's a hot spring hotel worth recommending!

GGuest UserThe hotel just opened, and the overall design is a Nanyang light luxury new Chinese style. The public areas and lobby are exquisite and grand. The guest rooms start from 30㎡, offering spaciousness and smart home control throughout, with electric curtains and multi-mode lighting that can be switched with one touch. The bedding is soft and supportive, and the soundproofing is excellent; once the door is closed, no hallway noise can be heard. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and some room types come with a large bathtub, equipped with Wyndham brand toiletries. The water pressure is stable, and the details are clean with no blind spots, offering broad views of the city and mountains. The front desk staff was very nice and helped upgrade our room type.

AAnh-BaoThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood.
The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for.
Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak.
Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help.
The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing.
Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.
